Worked great for a while....then nothing

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At the one year mark it started losing connection (with an ethernet cable attached). Had to have tech service come out and they determined the SONOS CONNECT had gone bad. Huge bummer as it was essential for our business. Had no choice but to replace it. Got the new CORE. Hoping its better. When it worked, it was super easy and a great device.
