I have wanted this for years but didn’t feel like spending $350 for it. Had $350 in gift cards so price wasn’t an issue. Lots of streaming options out there but for an older avr and basic music listening it works great. Sounds great and super easy to use.

Way better than connecting to my reciever. I have a denon 4810ci and connecting to it through wifi is a joke. With the sonos connect it's amazing. Not only can I stream from my device it comes with Internet radio to tune in local stating from pretty much anywhere in the world

Well, I AM happy to be able to play my older CDs on my SONOS now, but it took some quasi-intuitive/search the internet/trial&error to get it to work. Now, to be fair, I do have a much older, and still quite functional receiver, but it did take some time to set up. It DOES seem a tad overpriced, at this point.

Good way to stream music from an iPhone to home stereo system and to stream music from the stereo system to a Sonos One speaker in another room. Was not able to connect via WiFi to my modem, had to use a wired connection. Using the Sonos App it took several attempts to connect to the Sonos speaker in the other room, but once connected, it worked fine.

I wanted to be able to play LPs and CDs that I would normally play through my stereo system through my Sonos speakers around the house. This device enables me to do precisely that. It is easy to install, and semi-intuitive to operate.

Add the Connect to an integrated amp running outdoor speakers by the pool. Great solution to add Sonos to an existing solution without spending too much for a dedicated Sonance/Sonos solution.

Was not the easiest to get connected but once I got it up and working with the help of a tech from the Geek Squad it works exactly like I thought it would. Got Alexa working and now just voice commands. Works great

Technicians were astoundingly competent and achieved exactly what I needed for my sound challenges. In addition, they were able to educate me to operational settings which promoted a fuller use of my existing AV equipment. I am delighted.

Great for old and new sound systems bring all together for clear sound

I used this to connect my Vizio soundbar and surround sound to Sonos. It does that job as intended, but I personally didn't like the functionality of having to change the input on the soundbar. That's not a problem with this system, though.

Amazing technology that simplifies life and music! This "magical box" brought my exquisite old audio and speaker system to the year 2019! Now I control my indoor and outdoor music with my smartphone. Simply Awesome!!

This is my 4th. item from Sonos. It is easy to set up and only took a few minutes. My older sound system is now upgraded and I can play all of my music that is downloaded to my iPad through it. A great way to enjoy new music. I highly recommend this!

It's great and enjoy having our 3 component pioneer system back ! Our am fm receiver had gone out and we replaced it with Sonos connect and hooked up 6 magazine cd changer and double cassette player plus our surround sound tv system to it as well.

Happy with my purchase of speakers but not happy with the installation since it was not done by Geek Squad as promised. Said it could not be done AND I needed to purchase more equipment. Hired a consultant that did it.

To use this device to augment your existing outdoor system is a little steep for the price. I returned it and got the Play 3 instead.
