It's doing it function. Wonder why doesn't it have a remote.

I'm not getting very good "reception" when I use the inline to my Bose CD/Radio through the Sonos system. It skips alot... I'm not sure what to do on this. I will definately be contacting the store for help on this. It has been like that from the start... makes me wonder what's up.

Great way to integrate your current surround sound

Works great and connected easily to my existing Sonos network. However, the reason I'm giving it three stars is because it doesn't have an HDMI output/connection. My receiver has several HDMI inputs and only one of the older coaxial or RCA connection inputs.

It works well attaching multiple components in a sound system.

Works well, but not for what was originally intended

We were told we needed this piece to go with the rest of the Sonos system we purchased so we could wirelessly connect our other system pieces to Sonos. Never could get it to work and no one at 2 Best Buy Stores could help explain why.

We like this product, although set-up was a little difficult.

We were sold this device to tie all of our home music into one location to be controlled via Alexa within our Sonos Beam. Would have been nice to know that Alexa via the Sonos does not recognize or support Apple Music (which is where all of our existing music resides). As far as support, don't even bother, Best Buy, Sonos, Apple Music and Alexa all will tell you that it is not their system or apps problem. When all is said and done we are no better off than before we spent a lot of time and money. Don't assume you are being guided correctly just because they tell you they know everything about everything.

I returned this item because there was a slight delay playing to my Samsung speaker. I could adjust the delay on my speaker, but could only make it slower increasing the delay between the speaker and the rest of my Sonos system. Sonos support was no help at all. The first lady I spoke to told me the device wasn't designed to be attached to speakers. The supervisor I spoke to after that at least knew what the product was designed to do. In the end, they just didn't play well so this went back.

We were able to use it for a week or so before we could changed internet providers. Since then we can’t get it to be recognized by Sonos. ☹️

I originally bought a Sonos Connect so I could play music from my phone through my external DAC into my home stereo setup. Somewhere along the way, Sonos decided to drop support for that capability which made the Connect worthless in my setup. You now have to buy their Port ($449) to get the same functionality as the Connect had before. Until they obsolete the Port to make you but something even more expensive.

It does what it is intended to do, but I am using it to connect a Play 1 with a TV. Would be much more streamlined if Play 1 could just connect straight to TV.

Bought this in January of the hell that is 2020 to play records through my Sonos Beam and Sub. Worked great til September when it became obsolete with the S2 (Sonos app upgrade). I had no idea that this was going to happen. Now I have to shell out $450 to replace it. Not cool SONOS!!!
