Nightmare from the beginning…

The list of negatives is so vast that the only positives i can mention are that it IS great- WHEN it works and WHEN it decides to work alongside the app. I have had it pop so loud it can be heard over the movies that are playing. It happens often. They’ve been reset, unplugged, and I’ve even called Sonos and still I have had nothing but issues with the entire line. For a product, or peoduct line, that charges such a premium, the expectation for a high end/ high quality product is expected; this is not the case here. I would suggest looking into other systems unless you have money to blow…

I really wanted to be blown away by this speaker.

I watched all of the in depth interviews, etc. For the price point, the speaker lacked punch. It will sound good in smaller rooms and used for rear surround speakers. I will be returning my Era 300 and will wait for a possible ERA 500 (upgrade from the Sonos five that i really love) .. disappointed

Sonos App updates have ruined ecosphere

They refuse to apologize or correct the issues in a timely manner. Check out there social media to see the horrible experiences people are reporting! Mine just disappeared from the app and I can’t get them back. Highly advise people to stay away until they get their act together…if they ever do.
