Not Compatible with Google Assistant

While it it “compatible” with Google Home, all you can do it add it to the home app and control playback from there. You cannot add google assistant (but you can ard Alexa??) which means the speaker can’t be added to any speaker groups or sync.

Beware Best Buy’s vetting of open box items.

Purchased Open Box Move 2 and inside was an Original Move. They are nearly identical , and I was unaware. I was scammed, Since I didn’t figure this out until after the return date , Best Buy refuses to accept return or exchange leaving me with a product I have no warranty for. Sonos products sound great. Bestbuy’s customer service and vetting of open box items is a sham.

I was hoping to use it to play audio from a slideshow. It would not charge even when I connected it directly to the power source. It would not charge on the charging station or connected directly. Do not bekieve the hype from other reviewers. The Move 2 neefs to be moved out! It is going back to the store tomorrow!

Hard to work with

Don’t recommend

I’m pretty good at technology but I could not get this speaker to connect. I mean I got it to work temporarily then it would disappear from the app. I called customer service and they not helpful. The speaker is probably ok but jeez the software is not USABLE. I guess this is a huge problem with Sonos, which I didn’t know until I got the speaker. So I returned it and got the Sony Ult field 5. The Sony is beyond amazing.

Horrible experience

Open Box Not Inspected Before Resell

I was also delivered without working components like the charger. When BestBuy promised a replacement, a replacement never arrived.

Sonos Move 2 breakdown

The Bluetooth never did work to connect. I took it back to the BestBuy in Gainesville, Fl, and they couldn't get it to work even downloading the App. Took it to a friend's home where he installs control panels for hospitals and no luck with him.

Difficult setup

Returned speaker after one day bought a Turtlebox and set it up in minutes
