    Great speaker! Great addition to the Sonos ecosystem amazing sound just like everything else they make . It's supposed to be water resistant but now I’m realizing it’s not, The USBC port is messed up from getting wet

    Awesome speaker, horrible Sonos app

    Mind-blowing sound and highly recommended if you just want a phenomenal bluetooth speaker. The build quality is top notch. I love the charging base and easy-grab handle in the back of the unit. The touch controls on top also work perfectly. However, the Sonos app is a horrible experience. I have owned a Play Bar for 2.5 years now and loved it for the first couple of years - very easy to control with the app when I want to play music, and sounds great as a TV bar. But recently the Sonos app has gone downhill to the point where it is unusable for me (and many others) more often than not. Troubleshooting is convoluted and time-consuming. Just check out reviews for the Sonos app in the app stores and you'll see what I'm talking about. Do not buy this speaker if you plan to use it over WiFi with the Sonos app. Buy it if you want an epic Bluetooth speaker.

    Sonos software is terrible. They push updates frequently and hold your system hostage until you update. Unfortunately, when you try to push the update through, 99% of the time it errors out and you’re stuck. Terrible experience given how expensive these are.

    Great Speakers!!! until they take their update support away … I bought 10 Sonas speakers between 2010-2014 … All were working fine until this month when they decided that they didn't need to support their older speakers with updates … Now I have 10 useless speakers … How do you think that feels after you spend a lot of money on these things … I won't be buying Sonos speakers again ...

      Thanks for the feedback! The good news here is that your speakers will continue to work just as they do right now for the forseeable future. While these older products will not receive NEW features and functionality they will retain their core functionality and receive security updates and bug fixes going forward. Even this new Sonos Move will be able to utilize the same app as your current system and group with these older players. You can find more information at sonos.com/support by searching for "S1".

    Would not work for us :(

    tried for 3 days with SONOS to get it connected. Hired an AV tech and everything on our end was fine, SONOS said so, but they could not help us and we had to drive the 45 min back to the store to return all the SONOS items

    Never buy SONOS speakers. I had a terrible experience with their and the products will not pair. They would not allow me to return products after a 45 day window, even though the product was defective. Do not buy!!!
