Alexa is difficult

The voice control works as advertised and can be helpful for timing dishes or asking mundane things such as the weather prediction or changing the music. There have been a few times when the voice control drops out due to a power glitch or something and I have to spend a number of minutes to manually reset it -- it happens more often than other items that have Alexa.
