Was a gift for my son in law and he uses it daily and loves it

Great speakers,great sound but does not have bluetooth for external connections

great sound from this speaker, better than any alexa speaker ive heard.

Be honest with you this is not what I expect with this price point. I paid a lot to get a true 5.1 surround sound. (Playbar-$699.99, Sub-$699.99, two Sonos one $399.98) So I paid a total of $1800 plus tax(108.00) = $1,908.00 I believe on “you get what you paid for.” But with Sonos it’s little bit different. A lot off people complained about not having Bluetooth, HDMI etc.. so I’m not going to repeat same word again. My complain is Most Tv output STEREO through Optical. So we paid to $$1,908.00 not to get a real 5.1 surround? Sonos should come with some other way to solve this problem. At least like a HUB that will solve most of the problem that people complaining about (Bluetooth, HDMI and also Stereo issues) I will absolutely change my rate and Buy it again Only if they solve this problem. For now it’s time to repack and return to the store.

I’ve had it for almost a year now. Connection was super easy. I use it all the time. Lots of different things you can ask it to do and the flexibility is constantly updating. I recently purchased another and connection to the original was simple.

Sounds much better than the echo or dot actually get some base from it

Love our sonos speakers. We have the beam, 3 sonos1, & sub. I love that they are holding the neutral ground and fighting the good fight to be the one speaker that plays nice with amazon Alexa, hey google, and Apple. Keep up the good work :)

Originally purchased the Play 1, but found the lack of AirPlay 2 support to be a deal breaker. Though I don’t really use the Alexa features of the Sonos One, it’s nice to have it available. I did try the Alexa integration and it works well.

These are great speakers and I have a few around the house working well.

Great sound quality and work well with other similar devices

The product is ok. Has to remain plugged in. But we all like using it. What’s not ok is tech support for the product! There were no directions in the open box. So I called my local store who transferred me to somewhere and someone who didn’t know any more than we did! My husband got it going -Bluetooth, I think. No thanks to any GeekSquad, etc !

Bought this to replace my older Sonos Play:1 speaker as I wanted AirPlay 2 and the Alexa or Google Assistant built in was appealing. Allowed me to disconnect Echo Dots that were used for Alexa.

Bought 2, great sound Inhavevthem set up in stereo sound great

Packs full sound in a little package I would recommend this is a buy.

I bought one of these for my office. Its nice to be able to share a cue with anyone who wants to add music, even if they are from different streaming services. Also Airplay 2 and Alexa support comes in handy pretty often.

The ONE has been a perfect addition to my SONOs collection.
