Best wifi speaker In the market, now inclusing Alexa feature.

I love the Sonos products and am committed to them, and have many. My issues seem to be around the built in Alexa. Has not been reliable for me when power failures have happened and the device reboots. Its not just on this one Sonos device either. Still would recommend. The system works better than any other I have tried.

Gen One - sounds good in a large space. Keeping it properly connected to my Amazon Prime music acct is very frustrating. Additionally, the unit I was given (sold as a new product) turns out to have been previously sold, installed and returned. I noticed this first during setup,when the sequence of steps/lights did not correspond to the instructions. I contacted SONOS, who confirmed the unit had been previously sold and configured,and returned.Best Buy response was less than satisfying, basically telling me to drive back to the store and exchange it for a different one. So, there error (?) is adding significant time and effort to my life, diminishing some of the positives of using this product.

This is a good speaker for a bedroom or bathroom..

I waited for the Apple home pod to be able to compare the sound quality to the Sonos One. I couldn't tell a difference at least the way I listen to Music, mostly thru Pandora and Spotify and news updates during the day. What made the difference for me was the promotion has for two Sonos one for the price of one Apple home pod.

We have about 12 Sonos speakers throughout our home. We love them! We bought this one thinking it would be good to add to our collection and easy to use. It is far from that! Can't get it to connect with our other speakers & have to have Amazon prime to work?? I think Sonos and Amazon need to figure this one out. Very disappointed.

I love Sonos products and have a few throughout the house. This latest purchase was a single "One" with Alexa and was meant to go in the bathroom but I've put it in a bedroom instead because it is not waterproof (which I knew before purchasing). Please Sonos... make a speaker that is waterproof/weather proof!!

We now have two of these! It’s our outdoor speaker for parties and hanging outside, kids use it to listen to music in the basement - all around great speaker!

Great sound combined with Alexa and Amazon Music!!

I hooked up two of these for a surround sound. It worked fine but they didn’t like if you only had one plugged in after they were paired. Just a little bit of a pain to tune too.

I never expected that so much technology was compacted into such a smalp space. I was even surprised that this product came with instructions on how to connect with the web. I even love the app.

This a a Christmas present and have not used them, but while I was checking out the lady behind me said they had these same speakers with the sound system that goes with them and she raved about them

Unit is not too bad, although Alexa is not as robust as Siri. Have recently purchased Apple HomePos. Use them in conjunction with Apple HomeKit to control our systems. Apple sound is better as well.

We already have the Sonos Soundbar and 2 One speakers in our family room. We bought this one for our living room. It is awesome to be able to listen to different things in different rooms!!
