I love this speaker. My only complaint is that it does not work perfectly well with Apple HomePods using Airplay 2 - sometimes the sound will be out of sync for the HomePod vs. Sonos One.

We have used Sonos connect Amos for 6 years. Never had a need for a single speaker until now. Easily added to existing system. Speaker can be moved to a different location when needs change.

I've loved these things so much that I purchased two more after buying this one. After placing them all over the house, I was taking full advantage of the Sonos system with multi-room audio.

I really like being able to use Alexa with a great sounding smart speaker. The only real issue I had was how it says it is supposed to be really easy to set up, The 1st one I bought I had no issues but the second one was a pain and ended up having to keep resetting my router before it found a ip address it liked.

this was my 1st experience with Alexa. she can be a tad grumpy in the morning. dont know if it had to do with Sonos or the Alexa portion, but it has fallen offline once or twice from my home network...when all other Sonos devices are fully accessible. Dont always see it paired up with my Spotify account either

Bought a pair to add to my Sonos whole house system. Being able to have Alexa turn things on/off and starting music just through voice commands is a great asset. Pairs easily with existing Sonos products

It worked well but it seemed the Alexa feature had a hard time hearing me. I had read many reviews that were great but I must say I was not impressed. It sounded good but the reviews made it sound incredible. We ended up returning it.

I can really, REALLY do without the Alexa function. It's a bit tedious to set up and, unless you constantly walk around your house with armfuls of things, the voice-controlled functions of it are pointless. If you're practical just get a regular PLAY: 1 and you'll be fine.

I had the an alexa which was fun bu there always seemed to be a little glitch in play the music over the sonos system. Since they integrated the 2 it has been relatively seamless and works great.

Online or in-store, this place is great in every aspect. No matter if my purchase is large or small, it has always been an absolutely pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work, Best Buy!

This is a great speaker and fills the room with sound. My only complaint is, if Sonos is going to advertise this speaker as having Alexa capability, then they should have all the Alexa speaker functions. For example, this speaker should have the drop in capability of the amazon echos.

A great feature to add to your sonos speaker system. The only draw back is that you can not use this alexa sonos 1 with a second sonos 1 and have them in stereo. (Left speaker/right speaker) as you can do with a set of sonos 1’s. Mine is in the kitchen which is great while cooking etc. no hands needed.

Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is because the built in Alexa has a flaw in that it doesn’t do routines easily. Instead of standard “ok” ,she responds with a “ this device not capable of routines” then proceeds to do it anyway? Wierd but well documented problem. Other than that I love it!

I needed a new speaker for my Sonos system and chose the one that includes Alexa support. Pleasantly surprised that it automatically linked all speakers when playing music via Alexa.

The Sound Quality was Great, but amazon alexa had a lot of bugs. It would never respond to music commands after 3 weeks. Love the sound of the sonos, and Airplay its awesome. Without the used of alexa though, its just another play 1 speaker.

Love the integration although I expect to see even better Alexa skill sets in the future. Sill can't pair Sonos One with Echo or dots which is a miss. Alexa volume for bedroom could use to be even lower than 1 as volume tends to be a bit loud in her alarm and commands but overall, a solid product.

At a recent visit to Best Buy I purchased an Amazon Echo Plus and was told it would not be going on sale for Black Friday so I didn't wait and purchased it at 149.99. Only to find it on sale for 119.99 starting with Thanksgiving sale. While on line on Black Friday I purchased a Sonos one speaker and decided to choose pick up in store, figured I would go there to pick up and request an price adjustment for the Amazon Echo. The customer service rep informed me a price adjustment couldn't be processed over Black Friday weekend. So now I have to go back during the week, such an inconvenience. On top of this disappointment when I got home I noticed the corner of the Sonos speaker box is smashed in. So rather than going back for the price adjustment I will be going back to return both purchases and go elsewhere.

We love the addition of sonos one to our existing sonos system. It allows hands free accessibility and easy access to Amazon Alexa services. We’ll be adding more for sure!

these ONE"S are the best, I have them down stairs in two other rooms, I hear what's playing in the playroom up stairs or play something diff. HEY! I can talk to them NICE!

The Sonos app is very refined and mostly easy to use. The microphones enable excellent voice recognition. Audio quality is good but seems a little over-indexed on bass.
