This speaker and Alexa combination is great. Very good sound and all the same features when we just had a DOT.

The sound doesn’t fill my family room and kitchen but is pleasant to play my music on. It is easy to set up and use. Just don’t ask Alexa to tell you jokes unless you have the humor of a ten year old.

This is a high quality speaker that is unlike others in quality and clarity. Even with the voice control added it will not replace a full fledged device like an echo or google device.

Very surprised how good the bass sounds for the size of this speaker. Add Alexa and you have yourself an awesome combo.

I like Sonos, but I wish they would innovate a bit more quickly. Adding Alexa was nice, but it's not quite as flexible as an Amazon Echo. I'm not sure why Sonos can't update their products so you could have a 7.1 system or why they can't have an auxiliary plug on all devices or even make all of them water resistant (like the Play:1 and One) or add HDMI to the Playbar. Still, the sound is good and they update their app what seems like weekly (which is a pain since you can't use the system until the update completes). Too bad Sonos doesn't read these reviews...

4 stars for a great sounding product and blue tooth capabilities. Even though the speaker advertises Alexa capabilities, it is not able to comparable with smart technology like thermostats or doors.
