Microphone too sensative

Using the smart functions (Amazon Alexa in my case). The microphone picks up and tries to prioritize over other echo devices while I am in an adjacent room standing beside the Echo. The "i'm listening chime" interferes with your first follow-up word so it either can't do what you're telling it or it gets it wrong. Overall, I wish I had just spent the money on another Echo.

Posted .Thanks for the feedback of your experience with the One SL and Amazon Alexa! While the One SL is able to work with Amazon Alexa devices it does not include a built in microphone. The difference between the Sonos One and the SL is that the SL does not have microphones which means it should not directly interact with any voice commands. In general, the Sonos One and Amazon devices should prioritize and listen from the microphone closest to you when you are speaking. Again, thanks for the feedback!

They make a huge difference when paired with the Sonos Sound Bar, so be sure to add them for true surround sound effect.

These are answer. With the app, you can tune and balance the sound even better than the "old" surround 5.1 system now retired.

Sounds good but I have specifically left this review to let best buy know I'm going elsewhere from now on. Everything you have is available elsewhere and I used to shop here because of the rewards program. Now that it's dissolved, the bazillion dollar corporation of Amazon will get my business.
