Doesn’t work with the original Sonos system which means you either have to buy all new equipment or none at all.

Quality awesome....sounds great but I bought these to inhance my projector speakers. Which end up being a total fail its only compatble if you have the ARC Sonos....but you can connect to a mobile device

Upon purchase I was told this speaker was bluetooth compatible. When I got home I realized it's not, you have to have AirPlay or another app to use it. When I tried to return it I was told I could not. FAIL.

Sonos is a joke. Spent all this money on the complete setup and all I get is constant can not connect messages. Way overrated. Going back to Bose.

The Sonos speaker is fine. However, the was an open box in "Excellent" condition. Having ordered such products before from Best Buy, that means that the product should be in new condition, the packaging should be intact and everything should be there. That was not the case with this order. I would say the condition was "Satisfactory" at best. It was filthy and had clearly been used for some time. It was configured for another network and had to be reset. The box was a disaster. Again, the speaker works fine, but Best Buy mis-represented the condition by more than a bit.

I had to returned this product back i tried for two hours to set it up and failed to difficult to figure out

I've been using Sonos speakers for about 10 years now and have 7 throughout my house. Two just stopped working and Sonos told me all spkrs need to be 20 feet from my router. Thats crazy!

Used for surrounds with the Arc they are fine. As stand alone book shelf speakers they are only ok. You can get as much or better sound quality for far less money.

Limited capabilities and no Bluetooth make this speaker not very useful.

Went to get a sonos speaker because heard one liked how it sounded... Got back to apartment couldn't hook it up also didn't play utube ... So ya not

Geek Squad check of "open box" is nonsense. This is a DEAD unit put back in box and never checked. I drove an hour to pick it up.... Don't leave the store without checking what you bought

Would have been nice to know the new speaker install would negate my speaker 5. I wouldn't have bought this speaker if I had known this prior to purchase.

This is a great sounding, small wireless speaker. I was looking for a wireless speaker that I could plug in and connect to in my office. I did not want a portable speaker that would need to be charged periodically, as I just want to leave it plugged in and be able to easily connect whenever I want to listen to it. I also did not need or want to control it with a voice assistant. This speaker fits exactly what I was looking for. I like the Sonos speakers, as I believe their sound is better than most speakers in this size range. After testing it out with a variety of music genres, I am very happy with the sound. It sounds great and has nice balance when listening to all music types at a low or medium level. It will be perfect in my office. However, if you are one who wants to crank your music to full volume and likes a heavy bass thud, this might not be the best option. I tested it out at full volume and found it became a bit distorted on tracks with heavy bass. It's just not a big enough speaker to crank to full volume and expect to get the type of sound you would get if running a large speaker with a subwoofer. I wasn't expecting that and needed something to play at reasonable volumes, so this works great for me. I still think the sound at full volume is better than you would find with most speakers in this size range. This speaker does allow you to pair it with additional Sonos speakers for full stereo sound. I suspect this may allow you to crank it to louder volumes and improve the sound also, but I am just using it as a stand-alone, so was not able to test that. It also lets you pair it with other Sonos speakers to play in multiple rooms at the same time. The speaker was easy to set up. You just download the free Sonos Controller App and connect your speaker to your Wifi network to get started. It will walk you through all the steps. It has a cool tuning feature, where you set your speaker where you want it in the room and use your phone to basically register a test sound all around your room, so the speaker can tune itself and optimize its sound for the room and position the speaker is in within the room. Pretty cool! The App has a bunch of neat features also. You can connect any streaming service you use through the App. It also connects to a large variety of radio stations that are all free, which was a real nice surprise. You can use the App to control what you listen to, volume, etc. It will also connect to your iPhone using Apple AirPlay 2. This is a great feature for playing songs that are already downloaded to your phone. It basically ends up working like Bluetooth. You just click on the Apple Airplay button on your iPhone and you can instantly play music from your library, control volume with your phone volume buttons,. etc. This is a nice feature for iPhone or iPad users, but would not be available for Android phones. For Android users, you would always use the Sonos App to play your music so you would need to be using this in a place where you have a Wifi connection for your phone and the speaker. Overall this will end up being a great speaker for use in my office. It has a sleek look and the sound is great, plus it gives me access to a lot of radio channels I did not have access to before. If you are looking for a speaker you can play at very loud volumes or need a heavy bass sound or have a very large room, then you may want to consider trying to pair it with multiple Sonos speakers, as a single one may not get you the volume you are looking for.

While watching TV you can only hear music not dialogue.
