As a long time Bose buyer I am very very pleased with these speakers. Sound quality is amazing. Ease of access with phone app. Is amazing. Love the entire system Sonos arc and Sub great great system.

Couldn’t be happier. Bought a pair in replace of bulky old stereo. Installed in 14x12 foot room. Set up was simple. Sound is well rounded (no additional base required). Stream my music from iPhone or Pandora. You won’t be disappointed.

I have had these speakers along with the connect box for about 9 months now. They seem to be very good quality. I use them with the connect box to provide wireless rear speakers. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that Sonos provides regular updates (software, firmware, phone and computer apps). Just about every time Sonos sends an update down (via wifi) they loose their settings and I have to reset them up to bring the system back to life. That gets old.

Added a pair to Sonos Beam and the treble and bass is incredible. Easy to integrate and love having the ability to set the level and eq. Was a big Bose fan and have now found a system as good and smarter!

I’m using them as rear speakers of my surround sound. They know you have to buy it and have no other option and charge you accordingly. That being said it is the perfect cherry on top to the surround sound. Sounds great with movies and music. Total plug and play which is awesome. So it’s expensive but it seems to be worth it.

The sound is great, the looks are great, but they make it difficult to use your own bluetooth and apps. They want you to use theirs and that is bullcrap.

I bought the pair to use as rear speakers along with my playbar, sub, and they are amazing to hear the Dolby Atmos movies.

I have an existing S1 system - which I avoid updating at all costs since updates almost always break a setup I care about, and it can take 2 or more hours to recover from it - and I’m an experienced technologist who does stuff like this for a living. This speaker is S2 - won’t work on the S1 controller. Upgrading my stuff to S2 will leave me stranded with a bunch of bricked Sonos S1 equipment - which I’m sure Sonos would gladly sell me replacements for. So I had to set this speaker up as a Sonos system all by itself - which is ok since it’s just going in a room by itself anyway. That is FAR easier said than done. And you have to go through all sorts of cryptic options in a lengthy and frustrating process of hit or miss. My "favorite" of the many prompts was Sonos's asking me to read some code at the bottom of the speaker - like the app doesn't already know what that is. In addition to the normally annoying userID and Password thing, Sonos S2 will force you to give it “location access” on your phone or it won’t work. Sonos doesn’t need it except for data gathering purposes. Then it must also have bluetooth access or it won’t work. Then it’s got to have microphone access or it won’t work. Me? I’m just trying to stream my favorite music to my stereo system so I can sit back and relax - not contort myself through all sorts of BS technical gymnastics just to fulfill a bunch corporate objectives that have nothing to do with enjoying my music and being a fat and happy consumer. Should’ve gone with Bose.

I love them so far! I got 2 for my living area, for surround sound. I wanted more quality than a smaller Bluetooth speaker, which I had been using, and these are definitely an upgrade. I usually just play music from my phone and sync with AirPlay. So I don’t really use the app at all.
