I find sonos sound to be quite good. Disappointed with clunky software and compatibility issues. Was not aware of this limitation prior to purchase. Also was not aware of Best Buy’s rigid return policy. So felt kind of stuck with this. Not stoked on either entity- Sonos or Best Buy

Perfect solution for me, having some hearing loss and hard to hear the tv. Connected this and placed on table next to me and nearing tv so much better.

Using these as back speakers for surround sound. Love the fact I can unplug and plug in another room or take on the deck and listen to music.

Purchased this speaker for use on a patio. It’s amazing the sound that comes such a small box. The sound is smooth across the entire audio spectrum. I highly recommend this speaker.

The speakers have great sound when they work. They work for a few days and then disconnect and it is a long process to get them reconnected to the WiFi

Do not buy anything from Sonos. I have had constant connectivity problems with Sonos: sometimes I can connect to it, sometimes I can't. Sometimes I can see both speakers are there, sometimes there's one, sometimes none. Varies day to day. I've done everything they've suggested, but it'll work fine one day, get dropped the next. My home TV system also has the same off/on issue. Nothing to do with my wifi system, which is top notch. Stay away. Glitchy software. Sound is fine.

Sonos equipment is literally not usable with the release of their new S2 OS in 2020. I've invested over $6,000 in their equipment over the last two years and it's worthless now. My wifi and Sonos systems were professionally installed and I've spent hours troubleshooting to no avail. Read the reviews for the app on Google Play or the Apple store for more information.

Great sound crippled by an outdated, unstable local WiFi dependency with zero remote connectivity and continual drops off network.

Good sound quality but the required app slows down and freezes too often

I loved this system until Sonos took the ability to play music from our mobile device. They want you to subscribe to a music service. I choose not to, I buy my music and download it (That way if the streaming service pulls the song - looking at you Amazon), I still have my music. My > $2000 system is now a bunch of large paper weights. ... They will let you know how easy it is to setup NAS. Google that. See how much fun most of us have had trying to set that up. And it only works < 10% of the time.

This speaker has poor software. You can stream music for a while and the system crashes and you are unable to fix. This has happened to me repeatedly. I had to unplug them as they serve no useful purpose. I think they will get tossed out.

Great Sonos smart speakers!! Love these and would totally buy these again!!

I really wanted to like Somos and I am now stuck with 2 One SL and and two Rooms that only works sometimes. The wifi connection is AWFUL. Some days it will take me 30 mins plus to make it work. On top of that Spotify and Sonos has a partnership that works or better, does not work, at the expense of the end user. The Spotify- Sonos integration is pretty bad and if you understand a bit about the backend cloud apps, you would know Sonos purposely bug the app to get their daily visit to their app that is literally pointless to the user that simply want to connect music and play. By that I mean, when you try to connect your music in Spotify, first you won’t find the Sonos wifi to connect to, second once you finally is able to connect. you will notice that the speaker group disappeared and guess what the only way to make it work? Yes, you have to go to the Sonos app to find it and pair all the speakers again. And good luck because that will happen daily so that Sonos make sure to get their app visit for the sake of their metrics. Because you don’t need their app for absolutely nothing. Very frustrated with the poor design.

CONSTANTLY kicking off network. I purchased product b/c i was tired of running out of range with bluetooth. This unit just shuts down even when my phone has NOT moved. Hopefully i can return it or slmething.
