Perfect single speaker for the office

Great Sonos sound

I love the technology that it’s web based, no remote, but the Sonos App controls your media and the speakers.

Sounds Great, Disappointed by App & Connectivity

Note that each SL speaker must be plugged into an electrical outlet and there is no internal battery. Must use the Sonos application to setup these speakers. I found the Sonos application too limiting; only supporting audio applications like Spotify without video support for Netflix, Disney+, etc. Unfortunately the SL speaker would not connect directly to TV. Workarounds were to purchase a Sonos Soundbar or Apple TV (using AirPlay feature, I haven't tried this). Note that I tried using AirPlay from an iPhone to connect the SL speaker and the TV at the same time, however the video feed changed to a static graphic once the speaker connected. Ended up returning these speakers to go with tradition surround sound technology using an amplifier/receiver. Really disappointed I couldn’t get this great sounding speaker to work for my needs.

Not my preference for a Standalone Bluetooth speaker, i would prefer something louder.
