Sounds great, one small issue

Loses our extra speaker occasionally. No one seems to have a reason why.

Important to the Sonos Surround Sound Experience

I love the surround sound. Purchasing only a single Sonos-One does not create the surround option. What is also great is the ability to change the volume for the whole system, just by touching the top bottoms on these smaller speakers. This is SOOO convenient when sitting on the couch watching a movie.
