Reliability is terrible.

Both times they just lose power and won’t turn on. Both pairs were in different house on different power circuits. The first pair are $400 bricks.

Very expensive and glitchy disposable speaker

I have three of these. 1 lasted less than a year before starting to be very glitchy and dropping off the network. 6+ calls with sonos lead them to determine its defective but by this time it was passed the 1 year warrantee. Very expensive speaker for 1 year of use.

Phenomenal sound, not Bluetooth unfortunately

Really disappointed it wasn't a Bluetooth speaker that I could connect to my TV since I didn't have a Sonos soundbar. You have to use the Sonos app which I feel is ok, but limited. If you have other Sonos products, it's great. If not, it's just ok for something to connect to your phone and that's all.
