Easy to set up and integrate with my wireless Sonos system. Allows expansion of network into other rooms. Can be played individually or as part of a network.

There really is nothing that compares with the quality sound and ease of use that the Sonos system family provides. I have a variety of different Sonos speakers throughout my house, and the Sonos app makes it easy to select any combination of them and play music or radio from a wide variety of streaming services, or from my own music library. Seamlessly.

I like these so well that I'm strongly considering buying a second pair. The sound is excellent and the simplicity of setting the speaker network up is a strong selling point. My brother has these and recommended them to me. The lack of bluetooth compatibility was, at first, a concern, but I have no problems streaming my itunes playlists on the speakers. No complaints at all.

This speaker has great sound output. It was extremely easy to setup. The only problem I had was it kept randomly not finding the system until i got the sonos boost.

I am huge into listening to music and Sonos makes the experience in what we do every day into something so incredible with the clarity well worth the investment

The Sonos Play:1 was easy to install, and easy to setup to our home's wifi, my iPhone, and our Alexa Dot. I purchased this speaker to replace what we had in our kitchen, and it sounds 100x better than what we had. I look forward to future Sonos purchases.

The setup on the Sonos speakers is very simple. The sound is outstanding and can be run wireless from another device. No static whatsoever. I highly recommend!

I bought this for the bathroom. Apparently the play 1 speakers are humidity proof so it was a perfect match. The play one is more than enough to sing in the shower!

We bought these for almost every room in our home. I love the way they all sync together perfectly and being able to adjust the volume to every room. Even though they specify indoor speakers, we also have them on our covered patio and front porch and so far, so good. We found the speakers to be very simple to set up, but the surround sound for the TV was a bit tedious.

Sound is just as important as picture when watching a movie. The quality and flexibility of the Sonos speaker system gives movies a real movie theater feel.

We have two of these speakers, and though they are expensive, they are the best I have found to create whole house music.

Bought for wife, she loves it. She's not tech and figured it out in minutes. Sound comes through solid as Bose. Broadcast very well in large and small rooms.

In addition to the Sonos 1 speakers I purchased for the bedroom, I also purchased the sub, sound bar and two Sonos 3 speakers for our Family Room home theatre, and a Sonos 5 for our kitchen / great room. Can't say enough good things about this brand. Awesome sound, love the ability to control / group rooms on my iPhone. And super easy to install off your home wifi.

I was deciding between a Bose CS Sonos System. Now I'm so happy I got the sonos. Can upgrade at anytime and very easy to setup. Sound quality much better than Bose

Bought this one as a Christmas gift. We already have 2 of these in our home. We just Love these speakers. Great sound! Definitely recommend!

It is not a necessary part to your Sonos system but is great to put in other rooms besides your living room and listen to other music while watching a movie or tv.
