I bought 2 of these and 2 Play:1's for the second floor of my house. They sound great in every room and I love the ability to group rooms together. Love it!

Only requirement is a power outlet to use. Have taken from the kitchen to the livingroom - sounds great. Now I have music throughout the entire house and only had to plug it in.

I have this speaker upstairs. It delivers a rich sound. I can contain it to one small area or turn it up and hear it with excellent sound in other rooms.

This speaker produces clear highs and deep lows. It’s sound makes it feel like the artist is in the room with you. I would recommend to anyone.

The Sonos Play 3 has more bass than a Play 1. The sound is about the same and I would recommend two Play 1s over a single Play 3 for better stereo sound.

My sonos play 3 is a awesome addition to my sonos system. The sound is amazing and hooking up is simple! Definitely a great bang for your buck!

Sound is terrific and easy set up! Am planning on buying several units for my house. So much better than wiring speakers in the ceiling. Love the portability of the system.

As all Sonos products the play 3 has a great sound and I just love the integration with other speakers in the house over wifi.

If you can afford the songs 5, get it. If not then this 3 will do justice in it's own right. The only downside is that it must be run via wifi

We use the Play:1 speaker in our bathroom and it sounds great with perfect base and highs. We use the Play:3 in our kitchen since it is a larger room.

Great sounding speaker! I strongly recommend this product if you’re trying to fill a room with music or connect adjoining rooms. Great solution.

What more to say? Well.....at least 50 characters apparently so I'll just say that I'm really looking forward to cranking the Stones...Exile probably.

Love Sonos speakers, have a home theater play bar, bass speaker, and two play 1. Added the play 3 for another room. Plan on buying another Play 3 in time.

Maybe I am used to listening to Bose speakers, which have a very rich sound to them, but I find the Sonos speakers to be lacking in audio fidelity. They sound very hollow or tinny... The sound is not full like I am used to with my Bose speakers. The Sonos app is great, setup was simple, and linking multiple speakers together is a breeze. If only the speakers themselves sounded better. I realize it is a subjective measure, but the sound is just not that great. I was sold on the speakers given the strength of the app that Sonos developed, but regret that decision as I buy speakers because I want to listen to them, not because the app is cool. There is a bass boost setting, which helps a little, but it quickly takes the low frequencies over the top and produces rattling and vibration more than deep, rich bass that I am used to from other speakers. The Bose also has a display and some control buttons on their speakers, which is a nice feature. Having to pull out my phone or iPad when I want to simply skip a song is a royal pain sometimes. Ultimately, I was very disappointed with these speakers.

Their is no match for the Sonos system. Best sounding, and easy to use. The Sonos Play 3 packs excellent, clean sound in a solid great looking speaker.
