Easy to setup. Sounds good in the kitchen. Spotify on an iOS phone has trouble connecting to the device sometimes, more than I would think at this price point. I'm considering replacing it with an Amazon Echo though because that would have the speaker but also the voice commands. One negative, I have an Echo Dot - you have to go all the way to Sonos:5 to get the port to plug it in, which seems ridiculous at this price point. How much does an RCA port cost - really.

The Play:3 sounds great, and it was pretty easy to setup. I also love the mobile app and all the different services that you can use with Sonos. My only complaint is that it is not cheap. The price for an individual speaker is not bad, but I did not want to put that speaker near my router, so I had to also buy the Bridge. And then I wanted to be able to AirPlay to the Sonos system, and that meant I had to get a Connect, which is just as much as a speaker. But despite the cost, it is a great setup and it sounds awesome.

I use the Play3 in my home office and its perfect! It more than fills the room with ease and delivers great base. Setup is super easy, took me 5 mins. If Sonos keeps up with the various music services out there this will be one of the great purchases I've made. Buy with confidence.

I gave this product a 5 star review because of the fact that it does exactly what I wanted. Although the price of the speaker set may seem steep compared to a single room setup, it does things a little differently than normal floor speakers and maps the room effectively. Due to the fact that I am a rewards member I was able to get a decent amount of cash back and used the cash back option on my Best Buy credit card as well. Since I did both of those options I was able to get the price decently lower than any other online seller I could find as well. I am extremely happy with how well it syncs with my phone and wireless system. It works perfectly in each room setup as and the app is very easy to use. 100% recommend if you are planning on having a synchronized house stereo which can also be individually controlled as needed.

My Sonos Play3 was super easy to setup and sounds great in my living room. I can control its volume with ease using the Sonos app in conjunction with my other Sonos speaker system. Never had a problem with it since startup. Very happy with my purchase.

ive been using a cheapo boxed all in one surround system for years. i thought it was good. then i stuck a pair of the play 3's, a playbar and a sub in place of the old unit. whoa! night and day. everything is clear and crisp. i hear intricacies of the music that i have never heard before. its like hd for your ears!

I have all Sonos speakers and could not be happier with the quality in design and sound

After 2 years with my own Sonos Play 3 Speaker, I knew it would make an ideal gift for my married daughter. The first day they had it playing from iPads & iPhones, and using an app, were able to listen to music programs from Toulouse, France with commentary in French. They expressed great delight with the outstanding quality of the sound. All of us are very pleased with the quality of this Sonos product.

It is always a pleasure to find a product that does exactly what its manufacturer says it will do. If you are looking to get music into your home without having to fish wires through the walls and you don't need audiophile quality sound, this is the product for you. I've put 3s in each of our bedrooms as well as our master bathroom. I have a 5 in the kitchen that is powerful enough to fill the entire kitchen, dinette, family room and sun room with sound. My kids listen to whatever they want to while we do the same. I'm looking seriously at the soundbar for the family room as well. I have a full surround system, but that will probably find its way into the basement because we don't need theater quality sound on the main living level. Sonos is easy to set up, easy to operate and sounds great. There is nothing like filling the entire house with music on Christmas, and Sonos will get you there. I don't intend to stop until each room in the house has one.

I have 3 Play-3 speakers. One is on top of my upper kitchen cabinets and fills the room with great sound. I love having music in the kitchen that matches the living room as this is where most people end up at parties. I also have two in Play-3 speake3 in the den for more stereo sound as well as a play-bar with two Play-1 as rear speakers in the living room. Sounds great as you move from room to room
