I love this beauty and waited far too long to get one! The sound is rich and clear; it's portable and fun to play with. It fills the room with music...I dance and sing along; as does everyone else who enters the room!

I have several of these wonderful speakers and they sound Excellent and make your music sound beautiful. I love the Sonos system and for the Money you cannot beat it. Sound throughout the entire house with no wires.

Great flexibility and wonderful sound from one speaker

I prefer to listen to music or the radio as opposed to watch TV when I am home. I was hesitant to buy the Sonos Player 3 because I thought the price was excessive. But I received several gift cards for Christmas, and decided to use them to buy the Sonos Player 3. I am happy that I did because it has a great sound, I can listen to radio stations from different cities, and it will scan for additional artists/songs based on the music categories and songs that I select. Plus I don't have to use a computer to listen to my favorite songs. Despite all the forementioned - I wish it had a headset option. Since I am a new user, I may have a different opinion in 6 months. But for now, It is wonderful! I'm thinking of buying anothe player 3 to place in another location of the house.

don't get me wrong, on quality alone this gets a 5 star. great sound all around. i had hoped there would be an easy way to get this single speaker to play sound from my tv, unfortunately after extensive research i found that the soundbar is necessary to really unlock its full potential. as a part of the sonos system, this speaker is fantastic and i can't wait to add more pieces from their product line.

Pros. Terrific sound quality with easy technical adjustments via sonos app. Perfect size for filling a living room, kitchen or patio with quality sound. Sonos streaming selections offer a good variety of music styles and options to explore additional music Cons. Requires outlet (next gen should have charging ability). Sonos app restricts ability to play all of your ITunes library due to conflict with iTunes 3rd party protection imbedded in many artists work. Sonos and ITunes need to work that out so a common customer of their products can freely play the entirety of their library.

i was initially a little hesitant to make the switch to sonos, but once i did, the set up, quality, and features beat anything else that is currently available. best part is, you can build onto the system as needed.

This thing has great sound and the app makes it fun and easy to find new music to explore. You can discover music far unbounded from what your collection might be. I combined with another sonos and I love the sound.

Works great 95% of the time, and when it does, it's the bomb. Sound is equal to 100 watt shelf stereo system, but I do not yet have the bass booster, so could sound better if I did. Sonos has gotten better in improving the network reliability so that music doesn't cut out at random times. This speaker is perfect for a bedroom, but probably would not cover your living room area to your liking. I frequently move it outside when we're having outdoor cookouts, etc. and everyone loves to pick their favorite songs from my iPad.

Perfect speaker for a large room. Needs a bridge to which is an added expense but can expand to a room or multiple rooms. I have one at home and my business.

The sound out of these speakers is phenomenal! For their size and price you can't go wrong with this item. However, make sure you do your homework when buying these speakers; they do not connect to your audio system like conventional speakers do. Instead, these speakers connect via your computer network system and plays your music using the Sonos proprietary APP. Aside from that, the speakers are great!

I am very happy with the Play3 for my purposes. I don't have the other pieces that could enhance the sound, However, if you are a music fanatic, you may need to add the other components.

These are great speakers for your SONOS system. Two of these, plus the SONOS Sound bar and Sub and you have the best system going with no wires to string from one to another. Just plug the speakers into AC Power.

This is absolutely the best streaming speaker I've owned. I'm willing to unplug it and move it out to the patio to use it out there, rather than just bringing a bluetooth speaker out, because it sounds so wonderful. I like that it's stereo, and the sound is crisp and clean. The bass has just the right amount of punch. I can guarantee that I'll be purchasing more Sonos equipment to put around the house in the very near future.

The sound is awesome! Easy to setup and make my home theater complete

The Sonos Play 3 wireless speakers are great fun! They can be placed anywhere there is an outlet and your room is transformed by this excellent streaming device and speaker all in one. The sound is good. The Play 3 is not high end audio, but it has a descent amount of bass for such a small speaker to go along with fairly clear mid-range and treble performance. As with all the Sonos gear, these speakers are attractive and fit into almost any decor.
