We LOVE this speaker. I plan to get another Play 3 for the LR and the smaller speaker for my office before I invest in the TV sound bar. The sound quality is exceptional. With the windows open, we can clearly hear the music in our back yard from 2 rooms away at about 50% volume. At 100%, we rock the entire yard but can still be inside the house (not in that room) and carry on a conversation. With multiple speakers in the house, we look to have top quality sound throughout and outside without having to put the volume anywhere near the top.

Great sound and easy set up, incorporating this into my existing Sonos system. The system is simple to use, and in some ways better than I hard wired system. The speaker can be used as a portable music system around the home. I would highly recommend the Sonos home music entertainment system.

This is my 3rd Sonos product and I am very impressed with all of them. It has amazing sound and the wireless aspect is incredible.

The sound quality is awesome. Very easy to set up. You can also add speakers throughout your home. Definitely worth the money.

Sounds good. Only negative is every time you use your smartphone you need to set up connection with Sonos.

We first had the Play 1 speakers for the rear channel but then purchased two Play 3's and really enjoy them. They are also a step up when you want to listen to music as well. We moved the Play 1's into another part of the house where they perform great. You would be happy with Play1's as surround speaker as they take up less space and really perform great, just get the Play 3's if you want a little more defined bass for your musice and movies.

Highly recommend Sonos components. Great sound. Easy to use WiFi app. Move them around. I have them everywhere.

This was an easy to setup speaker for my personal training studio. I paired this with a Play 5 and the sound is perfect.

I have purchased a sonos unit for every room in the house. It's a great way to enjoy music for a party or just when working in one part of the house. The devices are easy to set up and can be put out of the way so they aren't so noticeable.

First heard the sound of the system at a friends business and had to immediately do some research as I couldn't believe the sound quality that was coming from the Play1 as compared to all the other small wireless sound systems. I started with buying just two Play1's and then a week later I went all in and bought two play 3's, soundbar, and submwoofer...man is the sound quality great. My next buy is the Play5 for my office.

Easy to set up and sounds fantastic. We use it on our deck and it is such a big improvement over the old "outdoor" type speakers

I was looking to replace a small stereo I have on my bookshelf and found this. I love the fact that I can play any music from any of my wireless devices over this speaker. It's convenient because the only cord you need is the power cord. It was incredibly easy to setup...I think everything took me less than 5 minutes including setting up the base. Music is good unless you are looking for lot's of noise. You can however get the Sonos 5 and the subwoofer with sound bar for all of that....I think the whole set up will be amazing once I can afford all of the parts.

Very awesome sound from this wireless system, very easy to setup , and Sonos has amazing customer service IF you do need any assistance.

Added a pair of these to my Sonos Soundbar & Sonos Sub setup to achieve ambient surround sound. Amazing sound. I also can change the config and pair them some Sonos 5's to get an amazing quad stereo experience. The versatility is beautiful.
