If it works, it's OK

Last night, after using it for two hours the day before, it could not be found on our network despite us moving it right next to the router and standing in the same room with the smart phone with the Sonos app. I do not recommend this unless they do something to fix it. It has happened several times. The installation software instructions are woeful - limited troubleshooting . . . doesn't tell you how to reconnect to another network when you want to switch. If you are a computer genius you may be OK with this, but, if not, stay away.

Great sound - Excellent flexibility

Was looking for Bluetooth, but this is much more flexible - allowing me to control from PC and any mobile device from anywhere in the house. At least one sonos has to be hardwired to an Ethernet port - then any additional speakers can be over a Sonos proprietary wireless connection. Not a big deal overall though.
