I bought this speaker to try out the Sonos system. After researching this company and product for a while, I pulled the trigger to try it out. This product is really worth it and is very well made. The overall system is great and easy to use. The sound from this small speaker is very good! I plan on buying a few more to finish my house.

I bought this product thinking that it was portable. That is the only reason why I am not 100% satisfied. Overall, the audio is fantastic! Super loud and clear music. I wanted this for pool parties and it would be perfect if it was portable..

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this system but after I hooked it up I was blown away. I was looking for something for my patio and pool area so I wouldn't have to run wires everywhere and this system is great. I am going to purchase two or three more speakers for other areas of my home today.

I was a hesitant to purchase this because store demo was not that impressive, but I was convinced by a Sales Rep that the sound was good and the set up would be easy. I was pleasantly surprised that the sound was much better once I set it up at home. The bass is good for such a small speaker.

I've had my Sonos Play:3 for a month now, and I have to say that it was a fantastic purchase. I read some reviews that stated the volume didn't get very loud, and that the bass response was lacking. I totally disagree. The bass response is amazing for such a small device, and even at full volume you retain clarity. I have it plugged in in my office at the front of my house, and can clearly hear it from my kitchen, living room, and den without having to move the device. It gets much louder than I expected. I have used my iPhone, iPad and Macbook to control the Play:3, and find myself using the iPhone most frequently. The only issue I've had was difficulty playing my iTunes library from my Macbook. After a quick review of the Sonos support page I resolved the issue and was enjoying my library. I also purchased the bridge so that I can play wirelessly throughout the house. I recommend it. Based on my experience I plan on purchasing another Play:3, the Playbar, and the Sub for my living room.

I purchased the Sonos Play:3 because I was building a house and wanted to have a "floater" that could move with me throughout the house where all I needed was power. This meant no internet cable and no speaker wire. I unboxed the Sonos Bridge and the Play:3; plugged them into their respective connection points and loaded the CD in my home PC. In 4 minutes I was listening to my favorite radio station from Minneapolis, had my home PC music available through this speaker and connected to Pandora. This product is true no-brainer. I wish I'd known about this earlier...

We bought this for our new house and the sound is so clear and amazing

I totally love Sonos Play3, it is so simple to set up and use, and being able to control it from my iPhone is simply awesome. I love the fact that I can expand it at anytime, because eventually I will have speakers through out my whole house. The most amazing thing is the zones you set up so anyone in any room can listen to what ever they want at any time, or when I am home alone I can rock out to music blaring in every room of the house. You can use Pandora, Rhapsody, I heart music, and some other music sites, it really is amazing, best thing Santa ever brought me...

Just like every other Sonos product I've purchased, the Pay:3 is a great sounding, easy to setup and extremely easy to use component within my whole home music setup. Highly recommended!

I was going to put ceiling speakers throughout my house, but didn't want the expense and hassle. The Sonos was a perfect alternative. I bought three Sonon 3's and can't be happier. Easy to set up and the sound quality is top-notch.

Really shines when playing with a sub and another play3.

I was skeptical about paying so much for this product, but I have been extremely happy with this purchase. It is a great product, and I do not suggest considering anything else. I suggest putting all your music on a network hard drive and playing music from there. This works much better than a computer connected wirelessly. You can still control Sonos well from any wireless connection, but the actual music should be hardwired to the bridge via a router (wireless router is ok, but need to hardwire bridge and hard drive to it).

This device works great at replacing of or multifunction devices for music streaming service (either from home compute or file server; or via Internet services). The Sound quality is great for the size of device. The ability to pair with other Sonos speakers makes easy upgrade for multiple rooms or just boosting for a larger room. The quality and ease of use of the mobile applications used to control the device is what put it over the top.

Added music to our living room with minimal expense and excellent sound for such a compact speaker.

This system works - Although a little expensive it is worth it. I am amazed by the sound quality -If MP3's are recorded at high quality then the sound is exceptional. Pandora radio is a bonus, especially for International radio stations and previously broadcasted shows. The iPad app works well. Would like to try it paiered with another Sonos 3

The Sonos system was easy to set up. We love the sound quality and that we can control the system from our cell phones. The fact that it is wireless allows us to put speakers in any room. The system is just AWESOME!!!

I purchased this speaker after buying Sonos play 1 first. I set the play 1 speaker up in a room measuring 12 feet x 27 feet. I found that the play 1 did not provide the rich sound to fill the room nor was it loud enough. I returned the play 1 and purchased the play 3. The play 3 is plenty powerful to fill the room and offers a full sound.
