Hours of consultation. At times I knew more than BB sales technicians. And I’m 65. Long annoying, frustrating, time consuming ordeal. Sonos Play 5 is adequate. Quality of sound decreases as volume increases. Regularly spontaneously disconnects. Occasionally difficult to connect. Few options to meet my need of simply playing Pandora via iPhone without having to talk to an object or waste time programming. Systems don’t rock the way they did in the 70s and 80s. Welcome to adequacy for $$$.

Love Sonos!

I decided to contact Sonos to see if by chance they would warranty the older unit and it was still under warranty so they sent us a brand new play 5 as well. Could not be happier with Best Buy and Sonos!
