Easy to setup, great integration with all my major sources of music (iTunes, online, streamed radio etc)

My old school speakers finally blew so I was looking for new speakers for my old school stereo. I went to Best Buy thinking about a Bluetooth speaker and a sales rep showed me the Sonos system. I had already seen one review of Sonos on YouTube and decided to give it a try. I was so impressed with the one Play 5 I bought for my living room I decided to add another Play 5 to my kitchen for that full, left/right stereo sound since you can pair 2 speakers up. WOW! Incredible clarity, full base and it fills the whole area with awesome sound. The greatest thing is you can hook up your old school stereo (turntable/CD/receiver) to it OR play music from just about any online source or your own audio files on your computer. My old vinyl from the 80s sounds awesome on it! I added 2 Play 1s to the bedroom and bathroom. I can play different music on all of them or play the same music throughout the whole house. You CANNOT go wrong with this system! I recommend it to everyone!

This is my second sonos and I love this speaker. The sound is amazing! Highly recommend it

Awesome sound!!! Better than Bose. If you can afford it get 2 of the smaller ones with it.

I am really impressed about the high quality sound, easily connectivity and design. I connected my 2 Klipsch bookshelf speakers to the Sonos amplifier which I then connected to my existing Hifi system as Zone 2 and then wirelessly connected the Sonos 5 and Sonos 1 for expanded sound system.

Sonos 5 gives great sound and was very easy to set up and start using. Would be even better if the software people worked on their app for mac which has to be restarted on a regular basis. sound is so good will be purchasing 2 sonos 1 to use as a stereo pair in tandem.

Bought this for the kitchen and couldn't be happier. Sounds incredible and when synced with the other Sonos speakers in the house walking around the house gives me music throughout the house. One star deduction for the high price.

Sonos stepped it up with this speaker when comparing to generation 1. Looking forward to new releases

I was in my local BB to buy a BOSE system, however the salespeople convinced me to go Sonos. I'm glad they did! For such a little speaker/system, it has impressive sound. The mid/lows are great. The only drawback is the app which seems to work better on Iphones than Android.

I have the SONOS Play 5 in my great room and a Play 1 in master bedroom and front office. It's the best sound system I've ever owned. Using Pandora for my music has been simple and enjoyable from my iPhone or iPad. Very easy to set up and use. Top notch sound system. Highly recommend.

The Sonos 5 is a REALLY impressive option from Sonos. This one speaker really did fill my room with some great sound - bass is great. I'm not a super huge audiophile - but I'm very happy with the Sonos Play:5. I can't wait until I get a second one and see what really starts happening !

first off Sound quality is subjective, however I have to say the clarity of this speaker is phenomenal. When playing a variety of music every instrument is distinctly heard resulting in a great listening experience. A little pricey, but after listening to it well worth it,

The Play-5 provides great sound out of a space saving speaker. Aesthetically pleasing, solid bass with clear highs. WiFi connection is more stable than bluetooth. I look forward to adding to my Sonos collection with additional play-series speakers.

This is extremely easy to set up either as an add on as mine was or a first time setup. The sound is excellent and you can use your phone to set the equalizer for whatever room and position you put it in. They are continually upgrading the product with free software downloads.

The best system on the market now. Easy to integrate with Alexa and spotify. The best.
