I have other sonos products at my home and this like the rest did not disappoint. The sound is amazing and my 10 year old could hook it up. A little more bulky than the other models but still well worth it...

I love my Sonos speaker! Fills up my apartment with excellent sound. The Sonos app is also easy to use. I have owned Bose speakers in the past and I’m glad I made the switch to Sonos!

Expensive, but impressive sound quality for a wireless speaker in this price range. I would pair with some Sonos Play 1s in other rooms to let the functionality of the Sonos system and mobile app truly shine.

What else can I say - this is superlative sound - good bass and great depth and midrange I have a Bose / Aperion Allaire and others and this can hold its own with the competition

I was toying with a sub and a few of the smaller ones but was impressed by the bass and fullness of this. Currently run it in a main room with 2 play1's in adjoining rooms -- produces great sound and plenty loud.

This is competition Base watch out! I have 3 Sonos speakers, 1 play 1, 1 play 3 and now the play 5. I am so happy I sprung for the newest and highest end Sonos! The sound quality is stunning, I'm quite frankly in awe of it every time I turn it on. The app features are good but I typically control it using the Amazon echo via the line in because I am lazy. The functionality is incredible, without a single minute of skipping sound, lag or delay over the perfectly synced WiFi. I always recommend the Sonos speakers to anyone looking for whole home sound without the holes or wires.

I chose the Play 5 over the Play 3 for a party, the bass was better than the Sonos 3, worth every penny, this single speaker was perfect for the bar room 20'x 25' Sonos 5, kept the party rocking

As an owner of several Sonos products, I continue to be very satisfied with the quality of the sound. The installation of Sonos products is also quite easy.

This speaker performs as good as I could have imagined. I use it outside and it still carries great low end in the open air. The ap is also amazing and works great with the Connect Wireless we bought with it.

Would definitely purchase again! Love the easy connectivity and the sound quality! Have paired it with the sub, sound bar and Play 1. The living room is a complete theater now with my 65" Samsung UHDTV!

I bought this speaker to go in my pool table room and I must say was I impressed. The sound quality for highs is awesome and the bass is a great pair. Great speaker just wish greatness wasn't so pricey!

This is my 3rd Sonos Play 5. The quality of these WiFi speakers is excellent as is the sound. Set up is so easy. I use Spotify to play music and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The play 5 is a great speaker. I'm using it in a smaller bedroom as a television speaker and for wireless music - something I didn't realize I was missing before Sonos. This speaker can definitely fill more than a 15x15 bedroom. I was all in with the Bose sound touch system and this is light years ahead of that. Sonos has already updated the speakers and iOS app in less than a month of ownership, while Bose was very slow to send out updates that would often break features that were working before the update with no pathway to fix. Any issues with Sonos and not only is an agent available by phone that is knowkedgable, but they respond instantly almost to twitter service requests, even on the weekend.

This speaker has exceeded my music listening expectations. I am looking forward to adding to my Sonos setup in the future. My only complaint is cost. I wish Sonos speakers were a little less expensive.

This speaker sounds amazing! Setup was extremely easy. Integrates perfectly with my Sonos:Amps and hard-wired systems. Very tempted to buy another Play5 to connect for stereo sound.
