I currently have 7 Sonos speakers.Easy to set up, easy to use and sounds great.I have them throughout the house.It went from quiet to a house filled with your music.

Choosing between Sonos and Bose was difficult, but finally made my choice towards Sonos because more options to expand in the future. Started with the Play:5 and I dont't regret it. Works perfect with Apple and with my Synology NAS. Airplay is not available (which would be available at Bose) but at the end you don't miss it as the app takes the functionality over. Only needed when you want to show a movie on your phone and having the sound over your Sonos. This is rarely done.... Great system, works perfect. Very easy to install and with the running promotion of Best Buy on this equipement a very good deal!

It is a great speaker, best in the market of it's kind. It is able to reproduce a wide range of sound. You can't believe how this speaker can reproduce such a deep bass.

I first bought a B&W Zeppelin speaker, but took it back and got one of these when I found out that the B&W speaker was not very Android friendly. Since setting up this speaker and loading the app on my phone and laptop, I have thoroughly enjoyed the sound. In fact, I bought another one to set up as a stereo pair and love the sound. I move from time to time and know that these will be easy to move as well, with no wires to run. The sound is very impressive for their size and can be adjusted through the app. The app is wonderful and interfaces very well with my MS Groove account, iHeart radio and other services.

I have a Sonos one and Sonos play 1, and Sonos play 3. The Sonos play 5 blows all them away with it’s great sound and power. Absolutely love it.

Purchased this instead of upgrading or purchasing a new bose system for my home. this speaker is amazing, excellent sound quality, very easy to setup with home wifi and has the ability to connect to multiple other sonos speakers which was a huge bonus for me so that I can connect these speakers in multiple rooms throughout my house. I would highly recommend this speaker and I have always considered my bose system to be top of the line. if you're looking for a new speaker that can incorporate the functionality of multiple speaker connections via home wifi network this is the speaker for you. A+ highly recommend

Great base speaker. A must have with Sonos. We added this to our 1's and 3. Our "pool" speaker. Simply awesome sound with large volume. As with Sonos, easy connections.

The best sound I have ever heard coming out of a speaker so small and compact. Best quality. I am truly impressed

The Play 5 speaker has great sound for its size, I have now bought my second one and the extra volume is great for those favorite tracks, I initially used them as a stereo pair but now have them in different rooms either way they work great, Just a little overpriced I think will be better value when they have it working with Amazon Alexa.

We thought we might need two of these for the busienss, but one was really load and great sound. Wireless makes it much easier to work with.

I bought the Bose Soundtouch 30 for $500 and was disappointed. The Best Buy guy suggested I look at the Sonos which I had never considered because it looks like just a speaker and quite expensive But we turned it on I listened and thought it sounded great so I picked it up and take it home thinking I would return it if I didn't like it Well it sounded amazing, unbelievably amazing. So I went back to Best Buy and bought another I had a little difficulty setting up but I called Sonos and they answered quickly and help me immediately Rarely do I get excited about a product but I did and told all my friends

I wanted to take my collection to the next level. I decided to add a Play 5 to my dining area. Great decision on my part! The sound quality and bass are superb!

Great speaker with an excellent control package. I have a Play5, Playbar and 2 Play1s. They fit nicely together whether playing the same music on all of them at the same time or different music in each room. The Play5 is a great foundation for a full home sound system.

I placed this speaker in our bedroom (about 200 sq. ft). It fills up the room with great sound, both highs and lows. Worth every penny.

This speaker fills the room with awesome sound and the ease of the app on the iPhone is incredible. I'm going to be adding speakers for other rooms too.

Got speakers plus Sonos router and booster. The hardware functions as it should. The Geek Squad that installed it got it working for about 48 hours before it failed. A phone Geek tried to fix it for 2 hours, but failed. Two new live Geeks finally got the system up.

I have bought nothing but sonos the sound quality and the bass on these are 5 stars better then bose

As advertised, the Play:5 is the best sounding speaker Sonos makes. It has much better claity and imaging than the first generation Play:5. The only thing it lacks in my opinion is having a nice wide stereo image. It can still sound like a little bookshelf system or "ghetto blaster" in that regard, but that's just physics. Putting two of them in stereo to me is ideal and really sounds amazing. Placed wide in a room, if you stand in the center, you can really feel like instruments panned center in a mix are appearing right in front of you.
