This was another addition to my current system that I’ve added to for the past year... the sound is amazing and the app so easy to use.

Love the look and sound from the wireless Sonos. Easy to start up and love the flexibility of moving around. Sound fills the room.

Some key points: Rich sound quality, clear, powerful, app comes with equalizer settings which doesn't make too much of a difference but is definitely satisfactory. It's buildabke so if in case the bass isn't too much for you, a sub can easily be added on, other speakers can be added on as well. But I use it in a decent sized kitchen with not many constructing walls and the quality of sound is amazing! I am an audiophile and research/tried a bunch of products before (BOSE SoundTouch 30 same price) and found this one to be far better in all aspects! Great purchase!

Decent sound, not superlative considering the price. It definitely will fill a room or backyard with sound, however.

Great purchase this is something I would recommend to anyone wanting to play music outside or in the house. It is great for grilling or handing with friends

The Sonos products I purchased were easy to set up and produce excellent sound quality. Can fill small rooms and large rooms with music

I really like the speaker. There is other louder ones on the market but this one is clear and easy set up. I only wish the app worked better with Apple Music

I have several Play:1's and a Play:5 and the sound, look, feel, quality, app, and music service integration are just amazing. I love these things. My only complaint is that there isn't integration with the Echo/Alexa yet, which will be the icing on the cake when that happens (evidently it's in the works). I've had mostly Bose speakers in the past, and these are just as good if not better. They definitely look way better and the ease of use and ability to add on and play different music in different rooms and control everything with the app is just the BEST.

This speaker has great sound. Treble is crisp, bass resonates. Works with Alexa through an Alexa home hub device.

I now own two play 5s and a pair of play ones. It’s been flawless; the sound quality is just amazing and the ease of use is second to none.

This replaced one of the original Play 5’s I had in my system. I have numerous Sonos speakers throughout my house, the sound quality and volume from the Play 5 are top notch and it integrates seamlessly with the rest of my Sonos system. If you are just starting out with Sonos or adding to your current system, the interface on the App and how it works with all of your various music providers such as Apple, Spotify etc will have you listening for hours.

As I expand my collection of Sonos around the house I keep thinking how was I listening to music without it. Excellent sound and ease of use from one app.

I bought four of these PLAY:5s for my home so far. I'm using two for my Sonos Surround System in conjunction with the Sonos PLAYBAR, two Sonos PLAY:1s, and the Sonos SUB for my basement TV area. I'm using the other two in my upstairs living room for music, which I paired for stereo through the Sonos app. They sound great. Wide sound range with plenty of bass. I have another company's wireless speaker that would be considered the PLAY:5 equivalent; and, let's just say, that I have no longer have any use for that wireless speaker.

If you are looking for scalable music system for every room in your house, this is the one. Not cheap but super easy to install works and sounds great.

Very happy with my speakers.I got sirius radio for my home and needed speakers and these worked out very nicely.
