This is the best thing I've bought in a long time. I was reluctant to buy because it's so expensive but totally worth it. I haven't looked back. Changed my life with the pure sound.

Great Sounding speaker. Easy to setup like all SONOS products. Sonos Play 5 definitely met my expectations, even exceeding it. It sounds incredible with full range output, wonderful bass response and clear/crisp articulate high end.

I bought the Play 5 to compliment a Sonos Playbar. the sound from the player is good enough for my system without the Play 5. I would consider the Play 5 an excellent speaker in another setting.

My first Sonos purchase and could not be happier. The sound is great for the size with deep base. It's currently in my bedroom which may be overkill...tempted to get a pair of play:3s setup in stereo in the living room.

We were looking for a solution that avoided iTunes. Sonos was the answer. The system took less than 15 minutes to get up and running and the sound quality is awesome. Love them. Will be buying more in the future to expand my system.

We have 14 Sonos speakers in our two homes. Great for music or TV. Ease of setup is a walk in the park and the one time I needed support I was off the phone in under 5 minutes.

Nice if you never heard this class of music but Bose 30’s at the some point sounds so loud in one room that you laugh as you turn it down.

We had the first generation since they came out. They still sounded great but Sonos offered the trade up which we took advantage of. These have better sound quality and features.

If you don’t have the best wireless internet signal in your home, it can be tough to set it up. I had to plug the speaker directly into my wireless router, that worked, but it’s kind of a pain. I must admit, I almost returned the speaker, but once I got it to work, the sound quality is phenomenal and I would never think of returning it after hearing it. The Sonos Boost will be my next purchase for sure!

If you think about buying this speaker, do it. It's worth the price

This is my second play5 for the house. I have one each in separate rooms on the same floor and like that I can stream to them simultaneously or individually. The sound quality is excellent.

sonos is a great product. its very expensive but it does work like it is supposed to. I owned the samsung wireless system and it is pretty poor compared to Sonos

The product is excellent I have 3 black ones and one white amazing they all sound the same wish I could have had all 4 the same but had too use my points on my bestbuy card

This was very easy to get set up and use, it produces great sound and has a good range from the base unit.

I love the flexibility to move sound around my studio ,gallery and work spaces .As I move throughout my environments I have been able to move the sound with me without causing harsh and troublesome interruptions. Pretty fantastic.

I don't regret my purchase, but Sonos speakers are expensive. The only reason, I don't give this 5 stars, is that you don't get stereo sound for this much money. It is easy to setup and the Sonos app as access to a huge array of music services. Lastly, the last major benefit, is that you don't have to worry about whether or not you are using an iPhone or an Android phone - a Mac or Windows - they work with anything!

The Sonos Play 5 is the latest collection in my Sonos family which includes the the Playbar with Woofer, 2 Play 3s, and a Play 1. The sound quality is superb and listening to it along with the Play 1 makes it truly a masterpiece.

I bought this speaker for my home after listening to the same speaker at a friends house. I am so happy I spent the money, as this speakers sounds quality is simply amazing. The entire family is playing music daily on it.

Lack of blue tooth is really the only negative thing you could say about this speaker. That and maybe its price. I chose the Play 5 because of the line-in feature which is only present on this model. You will love it!
