This sound-bar sounds great and has plenty of bass even without adding the subwoofer. Some lesser sound-bars need the subwoofer to fill out the bottom end because they only have very small and few speakers, ...not this one. Add the subwoofer though and you will get even better sound plus all the window rattling bass you desire. Easy to install, does not have a remote but the app for android and iOS is excellent and provides all the control you need. I would say the only negative I see to this sound-bar is that it only has an optical input, no HDMI, and no Dolby Atmos or DTS. You might say the player is slight obsolete already, but... to me if you are wanting to get into Dolby Atmos, DTS, etc. you are probably better off going with a component sound system anyway.

I have always been a Bose and bowers and Wilkins fan until I was introduced to sonos what I love about my sonos is how many rooms I can play music without running wires plus I can have different music playing at once the sound bar will need the sub in order to get the full effect. But what I love about sonos you can't afford the whole system at once no problem just keep adding as you go and no wires to run expect to the outlet. I know if you create your own system is better but if you hate running wires like me this is so the way to go

The sound bar is simply a must have if you want the ability to play your TV feed through your additional Sonos speakers. Great mids and highs but, bass is almost nonexistent. A bit pricey for a sound bar but you're going to love the sound when it's coupled with any other Sonos speakers.

Love this thing. Sounds is wonderful and the wireless options make it so much better. Plus the seamless interface and iPhone app are great.

Great sounding. Sonos system is easy to set up and very user friendly. I easily added the sub and two Sonos 1. Definitely worth the price.

Cant say enough on how amazing this system is. Easy to use and connect. Playback is excellent and produces real surround sound experience.

This is a great sound bar with awesome sound quality. I also like that it can connect thru wifi and can be controlled from my iPhone 5 or iPad mini. There is a voice enhancement setting which I keep on all the time. There is also a night setting which softens the louder sounds for nite viewing. I paired this with the sonos sub and love them both!!! A little pricey but was worth it, not having to worry bout running wires and such. I heard this works with the smartthings hub so you can have control when away from your home.

Soundbar is amazing, sonos interface in general is great- only reason why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. Similar soundbars come with the subwoofer where sonos makes you buy it for another $700. Kind of steep.

The sonos soundbar was easy to hook up and provides great sound in our living room. The sonos app is user friendly.

We had this installed along w/our 65" Samsung Q7 by the Geek Squad Nov. 10th. We're in love with the Sonos Playbar. Sound clarity is amazing. Simple to use, though we wish it was compatible with the Q7 remote... But we can use our phone/tablet or, another remote- just wanting to simplify and have 1 remote. Honestly- we're Bose lovers, and this is a much better system- hands down. I know we'll be adding more of the varying Sonos speakers throughout our home very soon!

A BIT ON THE PRICEY SIDE OCMPARED TO THE OTHERS, BUT THE SET-UP WAS EASY ADN THE SOND DEFINITLEY MAKES THE EXPERIENCE ALL THE BETTER

This is the most seamless audio set up ever. I ditched a high end Sony receiver, 7 high end Sony speakers and a ton of wire and replaced it with the Sonos sound bar and sub. Talk about night and day difference. The sound quality is awesome for both audio and video. I also noticed that running your devices direct to the TV and not through a receiver the picture quality was much higher. Once you disable the TV speakers the echo goes away. This is a great set up and I'm fitting the house with Sonos in all the rooms.

Mounted it below my flat screen. Easy to setup and sounds just as good as a surround sound unit. Great buy. Highly recommend it.

Awesome sound. Love the wireless connectivity and being able to have great sound for movies or to just rock out.

When you pair this bad boy with the Sonos Sub, the amount of crisp sound you get is unreal. We got the Sonos Soundbar & Sub, two Play 3's, and a Boost instead of getting a whole 5.1 setup with some other brand. The plan was to use the Play 3's kinda like two satellite speakers for surround, but we ended up moving them to other rooms because we didn't really need them since the Soundbar & Sub are so sick.

Great sound bar for Sonos users. Pricey if it's your only Sonos speaker but worth it either way. Easy setup...

Sound fills the room watching tv especially a movie. It’s the same for music. The wireless connection is worth it. Setup is easy.
