You may not need a subwoofer to go with this bar but I've used them with the Subwoofer and what a performance. My recent install has a great soundstage and fills the room.

The Sonos Sub works great and does not vibrate cabinet doors like my old one did. This Sub works seamlessly with my Sonos sound bar and the sound bar works seamlessly with my tv. Easy set up as well.

This sound bar is worth every penny. It replaced my home theater speakers during my upgrade to a 4K TV and DVD player. Attractive enough to just sit on the entertainment center and powerful enough to provide all the sound needed for my living room. All from this single sound bar of speakers. I originally purchased a Bose Sound bar (same price) but switched to Sonos for a better sound and the options to easily connect with other Sonos speakers in my house.

We purchase the Sonos sound bar and the Play with Alexa. Very happy with the sound.. mostly when no one else is in the house which allows me to play it louder than normal. The sound is very clear.

The quality of this Sonos soundbar is fantastic!! I love the quality and clarity of it and I am going to purchase another one to go in the master bathroom area. It's a fantastic way to listen to any and all music!!

I did quite a bit of scouring the internet before buying this. I mainly bought it based on the sound and also the ease of adding other monitors for surround. Only reason for the missing star is the fact I asked if the soundbar would be going on sale for Black Friday and the salesman said no. Of course right after it was $100 off. Nothing to do with the Sonos Playbar however...

Bought this and a subwoofer, as well as two Play 3s. I love the sound, I'm constantly using it for everything that I can. Fills the room, and is incredibly easy to use.

I replaced 3 bulky pieces and yards of wires with one simple, attractive playbar. It looks nice and sounds wonderful. So many fewer wires is a real bonus. Great to be able to stream radio & music when i'm not watching TV

I love the sound quality this Playbar puts out! 9 different speakers are perfectly placed inside and the balance is great for music and/or movies. You won't be disappointed when adding this to your overall collection.

Make sure if you are going to invest in SunOS you go all the way with the sub and booster. They are easy to connect and remote via your phone. This system is Expensive but I found it worth it. And love the ALARM feature.

Bought this item for my hubby as a gift. We both think the sound is really good for our space. We are anxious to add other speakers to it (which was ultimately why I chose this model). We decided that we wanted to hang it vs. have it sit in front of the tv, so we bought the bracket for it. It was easy to install and now its in the perfect spot. Also, we didn't have any Alexa products until this, we've already added other gadgets.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. The sound quality is impecible and the controls are very easy to use through the app as well as synced to the TV remote. It's connectivity to other devices works effortlessly and it's a wonderful investment for anyone who wants the enhanced sound their tv can't provide on it's own. I did a lot of research and have owned other sound bars before but this one is my favorite and I highly recommend it

My Sonos experience started with a Sonos Play1 that I won. After using it for a few weeks I purchased another one. After a few more weeks I had three Play 1's, a Play 3, a Play 5, a Sub and a Soundbar. Is use the Soundbar and Sub with two Play 1's for surround sound in my main TV room. I have loved the sound quality and simplicity of setup. Each speaker is setup individually with the Sonos app and the sound can be adjusted to your preference. This was a great buy for me.

I looked at this sound bar for a long time. I wanted to get rid of a home theater in a box setup and give our new tv better sound. The price of this bar really held me back. I had experience with it + the subwoofer and liked it. Adding it to our other Sonos speakers was a plus. With the optical audio the setup was easy, although hdmi would have been preferred. It went on sale and I purchased it straight away. It’s chunky in appearance. I lay it down in front of our new tv in a nook. It hooked right up to the tv and volume adjusts with the tv remote; you can also use the app. The sound is great. I like the dialog enhancing mode and action quieting mode for late night viewing. I’ve only experienced the audio out of sync once. I just turned the tv off and then back on. No woofer yet, but we still like the sound.

I came to the store multiple times an talked to different sales people each time. I finally decided I could get this interest free. It was a no brained I purchased the songs sound bar an watching tv is such a thrill.

This was an expensive sound bar but well worth the cost. In the store the sound was not impressive but at home the sound is amazingly natural. This is a system you can live with long term. This year I easily added the Sonos Play 1 speakers for surround sound. The Sonos software is excellent and integration with Apple Music is good. Would definitely buy again.

I recently added the Sonos Playbar to my current system. It has an awesome sound and the additional Play1 speakers provide a great surround sound for TV viewing. Super easy setup. Sleek design looks great under the TV.

Sonos is my new favorite brand! The sound bar is amazing, it sounds like surround sound in my 10x10 room. It replaced a receiver and 7 speaker set up with far superior sound. Worth every penny

Mounted it on the wall under tv and couldn't be happier. Wife and I enjoy more quieter moments with music playing in background and great conversations. Sub is definitely on our get list now.

So far 5 days I love the Sonos sound bar, I can't wait until I can afford to add more pieces. The sound is really good it replaces a Sony sound platform and the Sonos has as good of bass and better surround sound.
