The sound is amazing and crisp for all types of rooms.

This soundbar was recommended to me by an audiophile, and he touted it as being one of the best sound systems you can get for this price range. Overall, this soundbar has exceeded my expectations. Music sounds amazing. I can finally clearly hear the highs in my music, and combined with the sub, you can feel the bass. The detail in the music sound phenomenal. For example, on some music recordings, you can hear the hollowness of string instruments. Movies and games also sound fantastic. Can easily add play 1,3, or 5 speakers to make it surround sound for movies. Set up is a breeze. The only drawback of the soundbar is that it only has a toslink (digital optical) input, so it only supports dolby 5.1 (DTS, dolby truehd, and atmos are not supported).

Great Sound! Great Look! Really love the fact that you can "add on". We have been researching, and watching for new tech and this has always turned out to be the top choice. Well worth the money!

Very easy to set up. Being tech challenged, very important. Tremendous sound. Also, if I couldn’t figure something out, Sonos tech support was knowledgeable, courteous, patient & great follow up.

As usual the set up was glitchy it took me longer than it should have but once it started working it was just what I was looking for. I also added two Smart speakers for the surround. the surround feature does exactly what it is supposed to. I did not add the subwoofer. We have a small living room and the subwoofer is huge. The bottom end is great especially with music. I'm sure I am missing the window rattling from explosions but at least I didn't need to eliminate a piece of furniture to fit it into the room. The phone app is convenient, adding custom control and another volume control in case your spouse has the tv remote. I am very pleased with this purchase.

We purchased just the sound bar and we are very impressed!! we didn't get the sub woofer yet and not sure if we need to. I love the idea I can add more speakers to other parts of the home and run things from my phone!!!

This is my first Sonos speaker. The sound is outstanding. The $100 off helped. Couldn’t give 5 stars as this keeps disconnecting from my Echo Dot for some reason.

Great center pieces for not just a home theater but a whole home stereo system. Using Wifi as the connection, as you add more speaker to your home, they can all be linked and played at the same time, together or individually from a single controller - your phone or tablet. Great product.

Was unsure about quality of a sound bar this sound exceeds every expectation I would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to mess with receivers and setting up this was simple. Added a sub and WOW! Simply astounding.

I went crazy and bought a full Sonos system for my house. The sub and sound bar went in the manacle with the PS4 to make a 3.1 system. A play 1 in the kitchen and the master bathroom. A play 3 in the master bedroom and the covered porch, and a play 5 in the living room. Simple to install. Simple to use. Awesome in-depth full bodied sound. Just simply Fantastic!

Now i am going to get the subwoofer. I want the hole surround sound.

I've recently purchased the Sonos Playbar, Sub and two Sonos Ones for a surround sound solution. Although Sonos doesn't lay its claim to fame in the theater environment, the sound is great. The only thing missing from the setup is Dolby Atmos support, but the overall product quality and setup is great. Everything is wireless so there is no cutting up your walls to run speaker wire, etc. The Playbar has great sound and is slim if mounting on the wall. My living room basically has a hallway right through one side of the room and that's the wall the TV is mounted on. The Playbar does not stick out any further than the TV, so there is no chance of people bumping into it.
