I had high expectations when I purchased the unit because all the reviews and ratings were very good. It exceeded my expectations and when I paired it with two Play 1 units it was even better.

Easy to use, Sounds Great, Expensive, Could use written instructions

It is not the surround sound of a cinema, but it's a heck of a soundbar. Clear and deep sound for music, movies and anything in between. You can use it flat or standing. Not enough connection options, IMHO. It only has an optical port and two RJ-45s. Also, not too many options in the app. Too bad it doesn't have a remote control of its own.

Purchased the soundbar, had some issues with connection but when resolved was overjoyed with the performance. Wish I would have bought the sub. Well worth the investment, buying the sub soon.

Was amazed with the great sound. Love the easy setup and connected right up with the tv wirelessly.

This soundcar is very easy to install, and the sound absolutely blows away my old Samsung sound bar setup. I only wish it wasn’t so pricey, because you really need the subwoofer for the full effect and that costs as much as this soundbar itself. It’s awesome how the playbar connects to your other Sonos devices, so if you have any sonos one’s I highly recommend buying this.

I have been searching for a sound bar for a good while one that met my every needs I can truly say this one did it. It was right on the money easy install integrates well. I just love it.

I researched the Sonos sub and playbar for over 3 months before finally making the purchase. After having this product for a month now I cannot imagine watching tv, movies, or listening to music without it. The sound comes to life and the bass is so powerful you feel it inside you when you want to crank the volume up a little. Amazing product and I will be buying more components soon.

The sound at is very easy. I was worried about the price but the ease of installing it and the sound have been well worth the price. Looking forward to adding more speakers around the house.

Bought this playbar to start a system in another room at home. I have another playbar and sub in another room that I love so got this to start making another surround system. Outputs great sound for music and makes for a pretty good start to a 5.1 system. Sonos only supports Dolby digital formats so check your DVDs to make sure it is Dolby digital. Also can only get 5.1 at this time.
