Good Product

We have troubleshoot this with Sonos multiple times but problem hasn't been resolved. Kind of disappointing for the money spent on this item.

Perfect for under a tv

Not a great standalone product

Also, I had purchased some play 1 speakers to put else where in the house. When I setup the playbase alone with my TV, I was not impressed with the speaker for the price. I mean it was good but I was expecting great. Finely, I broke down and purchased two more play 1 speakers to connect to playbase for true surround sound. Doing this has indeed made the experience great and I am very pleased. But I do not recommend purchasing the playbase unless you plan on adding in additional speakers.
