    I got an open box item. It took me a while to figure out how to add it to my existing sonos system. For a while it is undetectable and i have to factory reset and hardwire it. A little you tube and goggle reading helped me figure out the issue.

    Very happy, great service. Don’t make appointments online. They are outsourced and horrible service, thank goodness for Mario from the store is a wonderful, knowledgeable and attentive person and made up for the incompetent people on the phone.

    It's great......but... kinda expensive considering the guts are mostly just a Sonos One, but with no amp OR speaker. But more importantly I just think it's sad and greedy that they won't allow the sub output to be used in a surround system with a port (or Sonos Amp) power rear speakers. You must buy their expensive funny looking sub. Booo on that, yeah on the rest.

    Works perfectly. We wanted to play our old record player through the new Sonos system. We have the outdoor, sound bar, wireless and bluetooth speakers throughout the house and it worked perfectly.

    Although it was great being able to play me CDs and hear them through my Sonos speakers, no matter what I did, I was unable to control the volume with my stereo’s remote … and I followed Sonos’ instructions. If this item was under $200, then I would recommend it.
