I have Sonos speakers throughout my house except for one room that had an existing home theater system. I didn't really want to scrap it and spend another $2,000-$3,000 on Sonos gear for that room, so I bought this Port, which allows me to broadcast audio from my Sonos system through the non-Sonos gear in that room. Setup was easy and it works great.

Sonos is the gold standard in terms of easy-to-use, great-sounding streaming. A little on the pricey side but worth the premium.

First Sonos purchase. Needed it to power my garage speakers. This helps run my pioneer amplifier and the Sonos app is super easy to manage.

Sonos is great. I have been a customer for 10 years. I wish they would find a way to bridge S1 and S2 cause I've invested a lot with the company, but other than that, their products are awesome and allows multiple zones or all playing in sync. Nothing better. I own 15 sonos products.

Great way to tie Sonos into your existing stereo system. It just works. Only downside is the price, which is the issue for all Sonos products.

Works great. I had purchased a home with hard wired russound and i plugged this device in the receiver and it works great! I have a couple other Sonos speakers that I have in addition to the whole home hard wired ceiling speakers and they work seamlessly with the whole system. Exactly what I was looking for and only took a few minutes to set up.

Super fast setup. I’m an installer. Unfortunately Sonos has been hard to get for system integrators due to the supply chain issue. I have install hundreds of these. Local Best Buy’s typically have several in stock. I needed 14 for a local residence. My wholesale vendor only had 12 so I picked two up from my local BB. Works as they should

We recently bought and had two of these units installed. They interact with my expensive sound systems without problem and require no further attention once properly set up. If they continue to do so long-term I will remain more than just satisfied.

Solid product. I have other Sonos products and bought this to tie in my Crosley music box. Now I can listen to radio, old tapes, cd, & records wherever I have a Sonos speaker. I know what I was getting, but wish it had more input connections so I could also tie it into the TV that it sits next to. Also tried it as an input and output to an old received and work just fine. Overall good product, no hiccups streaming.

Sonos makes an excellent product and the Sonos Port is exactly what I needed. Integrates a room with in-ceiling speakers perfectly into my Sonos system. I had two extra channels in an existing amplifier so the Port was perfect. And Open Box brought the price down to an unbeatable level.

The original reason I bought the Sonos Port was to hook my Turntable up to it and play turntable music throughout the house on my Sonos speakers. You need a turntable pre-amp or an input from your amp to the port to do that. It worked OK. Then I played digital music off the Sonos network (Apple Music) through my AMP and B&W speakers. WOW, did I say WOW. So happy I spent the money. Best of both worlds.

I have been using Sonos ports since last 04 years and I am really impressed by their streaming connectivity, sound and signal strength. These are easy to be added on and work superbly on airplay 2. I Strongly recommend these for quality audio streaming.
