    I've had this speaker since September and it stop holding a charge and working 2 times! I contacted Sonos and they sent me another one and this one failed too. I'm very disappointed. I've purchased other speakers and they worked fine. I hope I can get my $$ back.

    It’s a sleek little speaker with some fans out there but I’m not one. It only worked 1 day then just stopped completely. Not happy at all

    Ordered a Sonos Roam 2. However, a used Sonos Roam 1 was inside instead. Really difficult getting any support on this.

    No More Open Box Items for Me!

    Incredibly disappointed that I paid for an open box item, in excellent condition and didn't receive that bbi received a Roam SL that was dirty and obviously not in good condition. When I returned it to the local Best Buy store, it was implied that I may have swapped the speaker out before returning it. That will be the last time I purchase an open box item from Best Buy!

    Good speaker but Voice assistant won't work. Ive tried multiple times and called tech support and it will not connect and work.

    I tried this after my HomePod died, but I had for three years. Sound was nowhere near as good. The app that you download to go with Sonos is horrible. Definitely going back to Apple.

    These speakers are IMPOSSIBLE! The instructions are less than adequate. I have only managed to get them to work once. I’m extremely unhappy with this purchase!

      Sonos App: Ensure you’re using the latest version of the Sonos app. Updates can fix bugs and improve setup processes.

      Wi-Fi and Bluetooth: Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want the Roam 2 to join. Also, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device if needed for setup.

      Power Cycle: Power off the Roam 2 and then power it back on. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

    Died after five months

    The product died five months after purchase. Mine will not turn back on despite hard resets and charging for greater than 12 hours. This is a known issue with the Roam product. Highly recommend not buying this.

    The speakers would not sync together so I had to return them. There is a mal function at the app level per the CEO of sonos. BTW, Best Buy was great with the return. Shout out to the Little Rock local store manager + person helping me. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
