BEWARE!!

I contacted Sonos and they sent me another one and this one failed too. I'm very disappointed. I've purchased other speakers and they worked fine. I hope I can get my $$ back.

Be Careful

No More Open Box Items for Me!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Incredibly disappointed that I paid for an open box item, in excellent condition and didn't receive that bbi received a Roam SL that was dirty and obviously not in good condition. When I returned it to the local Best Buy store, it was implied that I may have swapped the speaker out before returning it. That will be the last time I purchase an open box item from Best Buy!

Not as described. Ok speaker

Stay away

Sound was nowhere near as good. The app that you download to go with Sonos is horrible. Definitely going back to Apple.

Not happy at all!

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth: Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want the Roam 2 to join. Also, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device if needed for setup.

Died after five months

Mine will not turn back on despite hard resets and charging for greater than 12 hours. This is a known issue with the Roam product. Highly recommend not buying this.

Best Customer service ever!!

There is a mal function at the app level per the CEO of sonos. BTW, Best Buy was great with the return. Shout out to the Little Rock local store manager + person helping me.
