    The product died five months after purchase. Mine will not turn back on despite hard resets and charging for greater than 12 hours. This is a known issue with the Roam product. Highly recommend not buying this.

    These speakers are IMPOSSIBLE! The instructions are less than adequate. I have only managed to get them to work once. I’m extremely unhappy with this purchase!

      It’s definitely frustrating to have trouble setting up your Sonos Roam 2. Here are some steps to help with setup issues:

      Sonos App: Ensure you’re using the latest version of the Sonos app. Updates can fix bugs and improve setup processes.

      Wi-Fi and Bluetooth: Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want the Roam 2 to join. Also, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device if needed for setup.

      Power Cycle: Power off the Roam 2 and then power it back on. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

      Reset the Roam 2: Perform a factory reset by holding the power button for about 15 seconds until the LED flashes orange and then white. This can help if there are persistent issues with setup.

      App Troubleshooting: Clear the cache or reinstall the Sonos app if it’s not functioning correctly.

    The speakers would not sync together so I had to return them. There is a mal function at the app level per the CEO of sonos. BTW, Best Buy was great with the return. Shout out to the Little Rock local store manager + person helping me. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

    The sound quality of the speaker is great, but it died after a year of use. I called Sonos support and they only offered a discount on another speaker. No thanks. I don’t want to invest any more money in a speaker with such a short life expectancy. I won’t be buying more speakers from Sonos.

    Terrible speakers. Alexa doesn’t work. Very difficult getting 2 of them to connect in stereo EVERYTIME I tried to use them. One of them completely died within the first year. After all that, the sound quality was only mediocre. Entirely too expensive to have been such poor quality.

      Alexa Integration:

    Beware of Open Box Scam

    Scam, they say they have one open box and take your money but then you go to pick it up and they say they don't have one and suggest buying a new one at full price.
