I bought two of these for either side of the couch and they can be too loud at times, which is easily adjusted down or let the windows shake.

This was one of the best purchases to go along with the Sonos Ultra Arc and the 2 Era 300s for a surreal spatial experience when watching movies and listening to music. I also like deep resonance and I can adjust the EQ and other sliders with the easy to use App.

The new Sonos Sub 4 is simply amazing! It delivers deep, powerful bass that transforms your movie experience. Paired with my Sonos system, it adds incredible depth to music and movies. A must-have upgrade for any Sonos setup!

Solid base output. Recommend placing in the corner of your room.

I have had the Sonos beam for a few months and was really happy with that, but then I explored the idea of getting a subwoofer because I've heard that subwoofers really help in creating a better atmosphere for watching movies and of course provide punchy bass when listening to music. I don't have a large area so that's why I went with this sub mini and I got to say it's definitely worth adding to a home theater system. The Sonos beam already in itself had good base to where a subwoofer isn't needed but a subwoofer definitely elevates the immersiveness and overall enjoyment from watching movies. Depending on how much base you want and what your preferences are, you can adjust how loud it is and the way I have mine adjusted is perfect because it's not overbearing or too loud. But also when it's needed you can definitely feel it. And it's very accurate to where it doesn't. Just sound like you put a subwoofer in your living room. It genuinely creates an amazing sense of immersiveness to where and some movies I have to question whether it's the subwoofer going or if there's a thunderstorm. Overall, this is an amazing addition to a Sono soundbar

Bass is so subtle and as soon as you heart it you will know that you are listening to some expensive high quality bass

This replaces a Gen 2. Excellent sub, good sound quality and easy to connect to Sonos system.

Excellent sounding speaker in setup with arc ultra and era 300s. I bought stands for the era 300s from Amazon that keep them at the perfect height. Run software that sets the sound levels for all the speakers and you will not be disappointed. The sub adds that extra oomph to the sound, however depending on the situation may not be needed because soundbar does have good bass

I have a Sonos system on the lanai and added this little gem. I was trying to decide between upgrading some speakers, or adding a sub. I couldn’t believe the difference it makes! I paired with a Beam soundbar and Play1’s (Arc and full sized sub indoors on the TV) and it made a HUGE difference in depth and quality of the music. Love it, wish I’d have added it before! If you’re on the fence between adding a sub, or upgrading speakers, I’d recommend the sub. Sonos has done a lot to make adding speakers much easier. I’ve had a Sonos system from the time they originally came on the market. Setup before was difficult and speakers had to be paired after power outages, software upgrades, etc. This literally was a case of plugging it in, letting it initialize, and then adding it to my system in the App.

Yes, these are expensive speakers.. but coming from the Apple/Homepod ‘ecosystem’ I didn’t have a ton to choose from (and of course used to paying premium). Airplay was a requirement. After living in an apartment environment for 16+ years, finally buying a house and able to crank some music, I feel like a kid again. The deep rumbles rattle my house and i don’t know how I enjoyed music over the last couple decades. So worth it

Sonos Sub4 is compact, and we can hide it easily. It matches Arc Ultra nicely. I like its bass performance when watching movies.

Very loud for a small to mid size living room. I had bought an open I wish it would inform you that you have reset it to connect it to a different system. Had few issues connecting it but work great.

It’s a great subwoofer and it looks cool too. The base is awesome.

A must have to compliment your Sono Arc. Well worth the price of admission! If you enjoy a movie theater like experience and better-quality music, don't walk, RUN to your nearest Best Buy. Easiest setup of any technological item I may have ever set up as well.
