    Mini-sub will NOT connect with any other Sonos products. Sonos tech support was unable to correct the problem, The only solution was to return the defective product.

    Initially you wont hear much of a difference, but as soon as it’s removed you feel something missing

    Trash. Stopped working after the return period. Customer care is non existent. Save your money for a company that isn't going out of business.

    Received with the top having come off in transit. No damage to packaging. Either a manufacturing issue or just flimsy design. Returned and bought a different sub.

    very hard to set up, requested me to download additional application, plus cost of application and can only control from my cell phone very inconvinient

    As of right now, we cannot get it to connect properly. We have bought cables and Wi-Fi extenders. We are waiting now for the geek squad to come and try.

    Adding this minisubwoofer to the Sonos Arc did not change the audio experience. So returned it.

    Connectivity is really difficult. If you change to a different electric outlet it requires a reset and it is not consistent. It’s a battle

    Did not add as much bass or richness as expected. Does work and I can tell it is adding some to the soundbar but short of what I expected--especially for the price.

    Easy install of app and use via cell. Sound quality is superb as well as adjustments pairing and fine tuning all speakers and subs attached to system is a smooth process. Overall 10 of 10. Usually my go to is JBL but Sonos won me over in comparison.

    I added this to the arc ultra. It added what I was looking for and more. I know people use 2 of these. I can't imagine ever needing to do that as it's a powerhouse. Movies and music come to life!
