Ensure you have guarantees for proper operation of product. I was offered it and did not take it. I had trouble setting it up myself because I am not tech savvy.

If you are thinking about buying one, do it! Sure, it's expensive but so are all high quality subs in the market. You will not be disappointed! IMO, it's the best sub on the market and with the wireless Sonos ecosystem, you can place the sub anywhere and out of sight too!
