    The bass is amazing, but the hook up took too long. Maybe it was me, it it kept having trouble connecting to the Sonos app

    My system was finally installed on Jan.26, 2022 however I was billed on Dec. 2, 2021. Since my warranties and Best Buy programs are date sensitive, I asked that I be credited and re-billed for everything on Jan.26th so I do not lose almost 2 months of coverage. Your people were very polite and professional but the paperwork is not yet finalized.

    We hooked this up to our TV and used it with the soundbar. We didn’t notice a difference at all. We thought the subwoofer wasn’t working, but it actually was. Not worth the money, and our 8 year old Bose subwoofer does a much better job.
