Sometimes it's hard to tell if it's connected unless you turn up the sound really loud or there is a lot of bass.

Needed to add second sub.

It was nice to be able to order and have it waiting at the store. The sub worked perfectly in conjunction with my s1 Sonos sub to add the needed bass for my oversized theatre room.

A great looking sub with great sound & features

Too Many Issues

It doesn't come with a remote, so the app is the only way to set it up and control most of it's features. Also, Sonos has issues playing my music on surround using Amazon Music. When listening in surround, one song is excessively loud and the next is so soft you cant hear it at all. There is no excuse in paying this much for speakers that has so many issues, and these issues take away the features that you pay extra for. Stick to basic speakers unless you want to be broke and develop high blood pressure from the frustration caused by Sonos issues.
