The app is the deal breaker however. It’s buggy and unreliable. The new update (to fix the issue) actually made it worse! They also removed a lot of functionality! Why???? There is no physical remote, therefore you’re stuck with a very expensive unreliable sound system. The CEO actually sent out a communication apologizing their app and service was unacceptable and it would be fixed. It’s worse. Please please someone fix this!
