Pop/cracking sound

I am hearing a pop like craking sound When there is songs or sound effect with deeper bass. Its quite ugly. Is this a problem? I think the sound production would be great if this occassional popping sound stops. I will do another review if this can somehow be resolved.

Sonos subwoofer

Don't waste your money

When I called tech support they weren't able to help me resolve my issue. If you want a sound system that sounds great and is reliable I wouldn't recommend the Sonos brand.

Diagnostic Report:
From the Sonos app, go to Settings -> Support -> Submit Diagnostics. Please provide the confirmation number to me. This reveals details that standard troubleshooting might miss.
Detailed Network Info:
Go to Settings -> System -> About My System. Look for the 'WM:' numbers next to your subwoofer and other Sonos devices. Lower numbers (like 0 or 1) are good, higher numbers may indicate interference.
Please also let me know the brand and model of your router.
Environment Specifics:
Are there any large metal objects, microwaves, or other wireless devices near your subwoofer or router? These can cause interference.

Not A Good Sub For The Money

Sent it back along with the rest of the Sonos system. It seemed like it only produced a very narrow frequency range. Mostly muffled thumps. That was my third sub so I have an idea of what one should sound like. The Sony sub I replaced it (the whole Sonos system) with was far superior.

Not the Best Value

Due to this I have deducted a star. Another star deducted due to the price. Was over priced before Sonos price hike, now just silly to buy when not on sale. Opps that is right Sonos Subs NEVER go on sale.
