Bad Direction From Your Associates

Sub should be easy setup but couldn’t set it up due to Sonos app. Bought 2 times same problem over a month’s time (Geek Squad couldn’t even get it to connect). Until Sonos fixes their app problem would stay away from

New Geek Squad person could not hook item up either. So, I still have this expensive item sitting in my living room. Disappointing

Non-stop WIFI connection issues.

Either too weak WIFI sensitivity, or the sensitivity is so strong that all other wireless devices in the area interfere with it. Meanwhile all my other wireless devices connect instantly and remain connected without issue. Returned.

Sub needs work

We hardwired it to the Sonos amp and it worked for a few minutes then would not work. I ended up buying a sonance subwoofer hard wired to the Sonos amp and that worked fine.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE RUCKUS ACCESS POINTS!

They basically expected me to run a cable across the house to make it work via LAN and not use WiFi. I ordered a wireless bridge online and will see if I can get it to work that way. Be careful with this one as the support is terrible, they barely even try.

We would encourage you to do a couple of things to get the best sound in a large room. 1) If you or someone in the home has an IOS device, run TrueplayTuning. You can find this in the room settings. It will tune our products to the environment of the room. 2) You can adjust EQ to your liking. 3) We do offer dual Subs which is perfect for large spaces. Meaning, you can have two of our Subs on one soundbar.
