    Great, while it worked

    Just after the (messily) one year warranty expired, this sub decided to stop working. Tried resetting the sub, the entire surround system, and more. Sub will play audio during the first step of setup (so it’s not broken) but that’s it.

    I found the product came out of the box with some damages. I was able to get that replaced with another one however to my disappointment that one also came with some issues. little scratches on the sides and some other cosmetic issues and i lost confidence in them being a brand new item.

    Worked for two minutes and stops each tome conmected. 800 for this? Avoid! Was not even impressive when it was working. Don’t believe thw hype.

    Worst sub I have owned. I am on my second and taking back today. Sounds great for three weeks and then just stops working. Best Buy told me they have had several returned. Don’t waste your money.

    they sent me another arc soundbar instead of the sub . and billed me for the openbox sub price too. returned it to bestbuy and the computer couldn't figure out how to process it. 45 minutes waiting for a refund to my account. went to PC Richards and bought it there

    Doesn’t work. Geek squad has set it up three separate times and 24 hours after they leave it disconnects and can’t be discovered.

    This has to be the most expensive piece of junk on the market. I spent two hours with the sonos rep trying to get this piece of crap to work. After two hours of them not knowing what to do, I packed it up and took it back to the store. Do not buy this. You are throwing away your money.

    Blown Subwoofer within days

    The subwoofer was blown (rattling) within days of purchasing it. We had to return for a new one. We are now skeptical about the overall quality on our Sonos system. The app is not user friendly and Sonos is not compatible with Bluetooth at all. Very disappointed so far.

    As a open box product purchase I received without the power cord. It was rated as an excellent product but with a scratch and a “MISSING POWER CHORD” how can it be rated any higher?

    Initial purchase this sub was great. However after a few software updates the sub now makes this horrible ticking noise. Very annoying. It is out of warranty and Sonos seems to be having issues with this sub just Google Sonos Subwoofer Gen 3 ticking noise and a bunch of other folks are having the same issue. Buyer beware!

    I can’t get the Dam thing delivered. Your service on computers over the internet is terrible. Waited 3 days and 9 hours and never got my computer fixed. The price of the package needs lowered with this kind of service
