Great addition to the Sonos speaker group

I have the 2nd gen beam sound bar and 2 One SL speakers and the sub was the last piece I had been waiting for. It adds a very rich bass to an already amazing sounding setup. Now when I watch movies loud enough the couch vibrates making the intense scenes that much more enjoyable.

Great product at high volume

I have an Arc and 2 One SLs. If you are going to use the sub while watching a movie at above average volume it is a perfect addition to your collection. However, if you are just watching TV or playing games at normal to below average volume then you will not hear a noticeable difference coming from the sub. Gave 4 stars due to pricing - not enough value for the price.

Sonos Sub Gen 3 wireless sub

I can also play it along with my whole home audio and get the benefit of the sub playing with the high qulaity speakers in ceiling. The sub is excellent and provides the great bass sound you want and it is audible throughout house when playing with whole home audio. When just watching TV in family room great theater like 5.1 suoround atmos, Great looks and great styling to go with that great sound

If you live in an apartment (like I do) and once you find that sweet spot just sit back and let the complaints from the neighbors start rolling in. Connecting it was very easy to my existing Sonos system.

I have the ARC and thought I had plenty of bass. I don't play movies loud, so I didn't think I would notice a big difference. I feel the movies now, and the low rumble is incredible. Make sure you tune in with the Sonos app.

Somos ARC & Base

A True Gamechanger

Within 2 months of purchase, my subwoofer speaker was blown and worse, it would inexplicably and intermittently disconnect from the soundbar that was less than 5 feet away. When I purchased my new tv i knew it was time for a change. After reading reviews for the Sonos bar and subwoofer, I knew it was worth it even if more expensive than what I had budgeted. The bass is impeccable out of the subwoofer. It sounds so creamy smooth. I recommend to anybody that is on the fence. Do not worry about saving a few dollars for an inferior product you will be stuck with for years.

I combined this with the Arc and it made a huge difference. You can place it about anywhere in the room and once you use the app’s Trueplay feature, it makes the sound in the room sound great. If you like to feel the bass (literally) this sub will be very satisfying
